I stand with Palestine.
Barcelona need instant results and they're not here to settle for lesser results. They have to put in the work inother to witnessed incredible results with their new coach incharge. Hansi Flick will do quite important features for the club, he's here for outstanding results and not going back on track. The club's president made a better decision choosing Hansi Flick for the managerial position. Barcelona are facing challenges that have prohibited them from making crucial signings of players. This have been one of the frustrating means for Barcelona. Don't get it twisted, Barcelona have good plans for Xavi Hernandez, who is one of the promising headcoach but he didn't lived up to see the exploring opportunities coming his way.
I totally agree that Barcelona need big improvements fast and hiring Hansi Flick as new coach is good move. Club president made smart choice in picking Flick who has reputation for getting great results. With Flick in charge Barcelona can expect fresh start and clear direction. However club struggles to sign top players have been big problem and it is disappointing to see them miss out on chances. Xavi Hernandez had potential as coach but he did not quite meet expectations. I think Flick leadership will bring  necessary changes to help Barcelona succeed and achieve their goals.

Honestly Xavi is good coach because him turned the Barcelona to a better team today I observed many things from the Xavi since when he came to the Barcelona there not lose like before due to how is addressing all the players before entering the filled. Because even the way Barcelona started the season they where perform like they will not advance to no where.

but with the seriousness of their coach and his efforts they're now in second place in the table which is a great perform from them, unlike Girona that open the top standing with great points but lack of their inconsistent didn't allowed them holding the first place of the table.

Xavi Hernandez left Barcelona according to his wishes several months ago, although there was news that he had cancel his intention to leave Barcelona, but in the end that happened.
He shouldn't have any difficulty finding a club to continue his coaching career, maybe he can accept an offer from an English club if there is one, because several clubs in England have not yet confirmed their new coach or maybe he can join Serie A.
Barcelona's last match against Sevilla went according to predictions because Barca not only won the match but they also controlled the game, and this victory further increased Barcelona's dominance in H2H over Sevilla who could only occasionally beat Barca.

I read the news which said that at that time Xavi decided to leave Barcelona because of their poor performance and Xavi felt very disappointed with the club management. But in the next few matches, Barca achieved positive results and put them back in the race for the title. Even though he didn't succeed in becoming champion, I think Xavi succeeded in providing the best results for Barca by finishing in second place this season. I don't know what Laporta was thinking by firing Xavi. I heard rumors that there was a dispute between them. Xavi is a great coach and I'm sure he will be recruited by another team again in the near future.
It would be nice if Xavi comes to Premier league to,he really tried his best for Barcelona, especially this season that he brought them back into the Champions league again, because they were down on the table, but later struggle to get to second on the table.
I thought he was going to remain at the club for so long, but it's sad that he left, and Barcelona are going to really miss him because he brought them this far, brought back the culture of Barcelona, and carried it on till he won the Lalliga tittle with them last season.
With what Xabi did at Barcelona when he was their head coach, if he gets the chance to sign for any big club in the Premier League, he will get good results. Before Xavi became Barcelona's head coach, they had sacked two different coaches, but when Xavi came, he used the resources available in Barcelona and won the La Liga title in the second year of his contract in the La Liga league. I also thought Xavi would be with Barcelona next season since he helped them win the La Liga title when others failed. Xavi is a good coach; he needed money in Barcelona to function effectively, but there was not enough money for him to do so.

Xavi is a good coach and Barcelona was suppose to give him the comfort he want in Barca to enable him still stay in the club longer than this. He came two seasons ago and won the Laliga trophy for them and due to financial problems, last season became tough for him in the beginning, but he was able to manage the players and brought the team back to their form, despite the lack of funds to buy some new players. Finally, Barcelona ended in second place this season with no trophy, and I would not call it a bad season for them.

Sevilla vs Barcelona two teams entered the field to play today's match in the Spanish League. Barcelona team won today's match by scoring 2 goals. Barcelona team player R. Lewandowski scored the 1st goal in 15 minutes and F. López scored the 2nd goal in 59 minutes to win today's match.  Sevilla's Y. En-Nesyri scored 1 goal in the 31st minute, after which Sevilla couldn't score any more goals.
I think they really tried by wining Sevilla in their last match of the season because is always good for a team to end their season with a good results, because is going to help them to start their next season in another winning ways. However despite that Sevilla lost the game to Barcelona they really played well yesterday by scoring 1 goal in the game because already their possion in the Spanish LaLiga was not really good for them to withstand Barcelona.
If Sevilla is unable to beat Barcelona, that is normal because we know that the team owned by Barcelona has superior strength. Barcelona will definitely not let Sevilla win easily. Barcelona must evaluate all the matches this season and must prepare all its best strengths to be ready to start the new season which will coming soon.

A manager who managed a team like Barcelona when they were in 9th position in the league and took them to second position. At the end of the season, the club had to rely partially on free transfers because they were not financially buoyant, that manager took that squad and won the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid. That season he won the La Liga, defeating OG managers like Carlo Ancelotti and Diego Simeone with a smaller budget.
The next season was poor, based on the standard of the club because in a lot of clubs, he would have been applauded. Barcelona under Xavi finished 2nd in La Liga and got to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. What does a manager have to do to be rated?

I know Xavi is not a world-class coach, but saying he's still a beginner manager is what I do not agree with and I don't also agree that he can't handle a big project. Maybe he won't be able to handle the top 5 clubs in Europe but he's not a beginner coach. Arterta has gone two seasons in a row without a trophy, but the whole world agrees he's a top manager.
Offers will come for Xavi and I would like him to test himself, it will only be through those tests that he'll learn and grow.
If you are a Barcelona fan, then you have to stop explaining their achievements, including the manager, to anyone who hates Barcelona and everything related to them. They won't listen to your explanation and that is a common thing to keep happening here. Lol

You deserve to applaud Xavi and his work over the seasons, but never expect a hater to come to respect him as much as you respect Xavi. I agree that Xavi is not better in terms of experience in Europe, but he managed to embarrass a manager like Ancelotti last season with a 10 point gap at the end of the season.

Dortmund might not be different from Real Madrid in their last games but they are minority here if look at the running this season and how far they ended in 5th place but my idea is simple, keep sending message of El classico to them, it will give them the impression that Real Madrid will not take it lightly but we are now sitting on the same level of performance, we will see that day but I hope I don't get a sleepless night with the result.
I wouldn’t use their last games as a yardstick towards the forth coming UCL game. In the case of Real Madrid, the league was already sealed in their favour when Barcelona lost in a remarkable come back match against Girona. Once that game was won by Girona, of course Real Madrid was just going to play safe in their remaining games while, Ancelotti gets to test some strategies.
I wouldn’t under estimate Dortmund however, they are capable of some good football as well but, not to the quality of Real Madrid for sure. Dortmund is a scoring side as much as Real Madrid, I hope to see them playing a more attacking football alongside Real Madrid but, Real Madrid is undoubtedly the leagues favorite.
Honestly speaking when ever it comes to champions league record Real Madrid is the most favorite club in the world, although they have won the champions league 14 times now and if they eventually won Dortmund again now that is going make it 15 times for them. However I think Dortmund is not going to be a hard openect for Real Madrid to beat in the champions league final on Saturday.

Still all Speculations  Cheesy
We know the favourite team calling for that trophy already but nevertheless  we can't neglect the fact that Dortmund  is also playing good and it takes a lot of effort to reach  finals especially the UCL finals ..
History could actually be made so both team are upto standard just that people already have the expectation for Real Madrid  to come out as the Victor due to their performance and squad  but I won't be too surprised if the unexpected  happens Smiley what a spectacular  day ahead to be experienced  Cool

Real Madrid recently drew with Sevilla 4-4 and most recently against Betis with a score of 0-0 and most recently won against Alaves with a fantastic score of 5-0 after that Real Madrid ended their last match in Laliga with a draw. and it's not a big thing if Real Madrid draw in their last match because of course Ancelotti is really maintaining the quality of his players and of course a draw is not a defeat so of course Real Madrid is still the best.

A serious team that has a final match would keep to the business until the very end, no need for this draw match even if Laliga is already in their gallary stand, it make no sense and it wouldn't send message to the team they are going to face unless he is trying to cover his next track and method of winning the final match, I'm not just interested with this style of games Anceloti is playing recently.

Quote
Yes, what you say is true because I also have the same opinion, namely that Ancelotti will definitely only focus on the UCL and of course he definitely wants Real Madrid to win in the Champions League and Edin Terzic's troops cannot be taken lightly because Dortmund's defense and attack are extraordinary. and surely Ancelotti will continue to look for ways to overthrow Dortmund in the final match.

Sometimes great coaches also need great players well, on the other hand, Xavi doesn't have the option to bring in some of the players he is targeting because as we know Barcelona has been experiencing a financial crisis for the last few seasons so there is no other way and Xavi has to play with the existing squad. If Xavi was given another chance with the same situation then I'm sure not much would change.

Next season Barcelona will face a more difficult challenge when Real Madrid brings in new players like Mbappe, you know with the current squad Real Madrid is the strongest team in Laliga then imagine if Mbappe was brought in it is clear that Barcelona is increasingly difficult to catch. the way to compete is that Barcelona must also bring in great players. This season Barcelona is weak in attack and defense I think this should be a concern for coaches.

IMO, Barcelona actually has a quite capable squad this season. although there is a big possibility that Xavi will need some of the players he wants in his squad. Unfortunately, financial problems are an obstacle for Barcelona. However, Barcelona actually has quite good players from my point of view. Unfortunately, several players had to go back and forth to the treatment room because of their injuries. The peak was when Barcelona's main goalkeeper Ter Stegen suffered an injury, made worse by the performance of Barcelona's defenders. Apart from that, the midfielder who was the mainstay was injured. quite a few have had to be sidelined for quite a long time, and the impact is that their performance has not been optimal this season. It's possible that if Xavi were given a bigger opportunity, let alone bringing in the players he wants, Barcelona could compete closely with Real Madrid. However, what can we say if Barcelona is currently hampered by financial problems. Moreover, sometimes I don't really understand the system and rotation implemented by Xavi. Not infrequently, he often experiments at the wrong moment. well, this is just my personal opinion.

Talking about next summer, Barcelona or Real Madrid haven't even played pre-season matches. So, we can't know for sure how the competition will be next season. Even though Madrid has Mbappe, there are no definite guarantees before they play their matches in the new season. On the other hand, Barcelona has a new coach who has long experience in football. can Barcelona's new coach compete with Real Madrid next summer? Will Barcelona bring in some capable newcomers? We will know the answer soon before the transfer window opens. so, let's just wait.

Even though in the previous season Xavi brought Barcelona to become champions of La Liga, this season he did not get a single trophy, but at least he brought Barcelona to second place in La Liga.   However, I should appreciate Xavi's courage in coaching Barcelona. He arrived at a time when the club was truly at its lowest point, experiencing financial difficulties, unable to recruit the players it wanted, forced to maximize the existing squad, and even having to bet on young players. However, despite the many problems facing Barcelona and the team's shortcomings, he still dared to compete in the league and UCL.

Because without a trophy and failing in El Clasico is considered failure, that is Barcelona's standard, whoever the coach is. I think whoever the coach is as long as the financial crisis is not resolved will continue to be like that. respect xavi.. welcome Hansi Flick. I hope your fate is not the same as the previous coach.
Every team between Real Madrid and Barcelona will always target the title every season regardless of who the coach is. Barcelona's poor financial condition has made it difficult for Xavi to develop his team and strengthen the depth of his squad while he was coaching, but that is not a big obstacle because Xavi is actually still able to provide the best competition even though some people consider him a failure and useless.

Xavi maximized the young players he brought in from the academy, he also took advantage of the market to bring in several free players, and also had several loan players. His greatness and ability to train and build a squad was ignored because he failed to win the title against a team built with adequate finances. Laporta and Barcelona management should be grateful for what Xavi has done for the team so far, so they should let Xavi improve it as long as possible and create history.

At least Barcelona can finish in runner up position after a series of unsatisfactory results this season and they will start next season with a new manager of course with different tactics like Cavi's, we don't know whether Barcelona's performance next season will be better or worse but if there are no changes in terms of Barca's squad, I think they still have the same strength as this but it depends on the new manager's coaching system whether it will be as good as Cavi.

I remember that Xavi said (even when he was about to quit) that he needed a break of a year in order to rest and recover. Plans may change, but probably for this he must receive some interesting offer. With all due respect, he has not yet outgrown the status of a “beginner” coach, so it is unlikely that he will receive it, he needs to choose some ordinary club to prove himself or wait for the mood to change in Barcelona and return there.

I am seriously one of those people that actually think whenever a manager gets sacked or leaves his position probably because of poor management and team performance they shouldn’t rush back into getting another job. Taking a year off your job doesn’t only get you a free time with your family but also gives you the luxury to watch your tactics and back test matches that didn’t went well. You can use that period as a form of sabbatical. Xavi to me just like some younger managers rushed back into managing a club as huge as Barcelona with having a good record or probably a pattern they can boost of that they have used in the past and has worked for them.

This isn’t praising Xavi but to me he has done well with this Barcelona side who have more problems than just the one we see on the pitch. The internal struggles the club faces could create a difficult environment for even the top managers. Put this Xavi in a smaller club he would have been on the news now about been exceptional but the pressure at Barcelona is just too big for him to shoulder at this stage in his managerial career. For me he should take a one year break and later come back
Why should Xavi take a break as he has had two good seasons, last season he won La Liga and this season he managed to beat Girona, who had a phenomenal season, as did Real Madrid. Of course this season was worse than the previous one, mainly because of Barcelona's poor play in defense, because the team scored a lot and scored in almost every game. Transfers that made the club were not the most successful, so in general we can say that last season Xavi worked perfectly, and this season a little worse, but still a complete failure not to call.
Xavi is still quite young and can perceive new ideas and just now it is necessary to gain experience, and he will rest later, in retirement, if he wants, because the example of Ancelotti and Spalletti shows that even at the age of 60 you can become a champion coach.

If he leaves now, coming back to the club is not certain for him so soon. Going for at least one year leave to at least retest his strategy and be perfect will not make Barcelona to sack their existing coach when he decides to come back and coach the team for another time. When he leaves now, his coming back won’t be going to coach Barcelona directly, he must test his strategy with younger teams and his quality and success rate will now determine whether he’ll come back if they need a replacement at that time or not.

Barcelona might have added to his poor managerial skills this season as seen by the management of the team, although i see this season as not a too bad one to want to sack him. He just win the league last season, given him more time wound have been better but they despise him to have him go get another job elsewhere. Xavi will still be wanted by many clubs after being sacked because his strategy will work well for some average teams and nit for big teams like Barcelona. He should try his luck elsewhere because i see flawless victory and success awaiting him soon.

It was also giving a sweet result for xavi on his last game. It was emotional game between barcelona players and xavi following the decision from laporta that sacked him as a coach. It was really disappointed result by laporta to sack him without even thinking for longterm. It was happening caused by the disagreement between him and laporta about the transfer players.

Flick will come soon as barcelona's new coach. Still hope a miracle to happen for xavi. He can go to the english premier league like what guardiola did a few years ago. He said he will back to the barcelona someday.

Best of luck xavi, you did everything right for the club. Laporta was the main problem here.

this result was somewhat expected. Barcelona was definitely the better team in this match. They had good control overall in this match. Barcelona will definitely be happy to win this match. But the happiness just fades away when you realize that this was the last match for Barcelona as Xavi being the coach. It is very sad that things did not work out well between him and the club.

I thought if he was given more time he would definitely have been able to bring in better results for Barcelona. But I guess some kind of really big disagreement happened between Barcelona's authority and Xavi. That's why they have taken this decision even though a few weeks ago they were actually asking him to stay. I hope Barcelona will be able to find a good coach who will at least be at the same level as Xavi if not better.
