I believe Xavi needs to learn how to show respect to others since he is always making controversial statement like this. Real Madrid was a better side this season and deserving of the wining the title as they did got very much, so Barcelona not been able to win the title from them is not such a bad one because they even finished at the second position which shows some form of strength that could have possibly get them to the top if Madrid wasn't the better side. Xabi still remains the best in the la Liga as his managerial skills is really effective.

Of course Mallorca has a very good chance, however they have already move away from the relegation zone this season though they are still close but if they will be more consistent on there remaining two matches it will be more good for them but if they are not consistent and lose those matches and Cadiz win there upcoming matches then Mallorca will return back to the relegation zone but however since Mallorca will be meeting Almeria on there next match there is a very good chance they will win them because unlike every season of Almeria this season has been there worst season and they are always vulnerable to be win by any club that meet them, so I believe is also going to be an easy win for Mallorca.

I agree with you on that. Barcelona haven't had a good season in general. They barely started to get good results after it was too late for a title competition. Their recent results turned into bad ones as well, for example the heavy Girona loss.    Xavi is aware of the problems in the team. This was the reason he wanted to leave first but he wants to stay and help this team improve now.

Will he be successful on that? I say why not. Because Xavi isn't actually a bad manager. He won a La Liga title with this team already. He could have done better things in the Champions League if it weren't for that devastating red card too.

I partially agree with you. Barcelona is not financially sound. And this is why the team is lagging behind. Xavi would have been able to turn this team into a stronger team if he was in a financially strong position.
 
Comparing Barcelona to Real Madrid this season is silly. Real Madrid is financially sound. They can add any players they want to the squad. Players can pay big wages. But Barcelona is now unable to pay high wages to players due to financial problems. However, Xavi managed to keep the team second in the table after struggling financially. Barcelona has also done well in the Champions League. If Barcelona were financially strong, Xavi might have been able to build a stronger Barcelona team.
