+1 to number 4, each machine should come in mine for two weeks and then go towards the main hash rate.

I think this is too early to decide on now , let wait & watch Smiley

Regarding to 4, if a hardware is subject of 2 weeks of holding dividends, it will be done since it arrives up to the 2 two weeks of running and turned to people's dividend, i wouldnt wait for 1 week to get all installed and then 2 weeks more.

So, the current time-line I see is:

December 2013: 3ish T/H added
January 2013: BFL Monarchs, maybe?  (Unless the Dec added IS the monarchs?)
Late February 2013: New BitFury equipment starting to come in. (100 to 200 T/H)
Early March 2013: BitFury equipment continuing to come in.
Post-March: ASIC project stuff

Comment:  I personally expect the Bitfury order to be late, because the last one was late and I'm an eternal pessimist.

Questions:

1.  Do we have a time frame for a trading platform?
2.  Shouldn't some of this stuff be posted to the LRM website?
3.  What hash-rate additions are subject to two weeks of holding?
4.  Can we PLEASE only start the two weeks of holding once ALL of a new batch is in place so we're only missing dividends of the increased hashrate for exactly two weeks?

Every man is guilty of all the good he did not do.
what happens when these bonds don't sell that labrat put up at 0.1/share is the asic idea dead in the water?

The ASIC is happening regardless of if those shares sell. This is certain. However as Lab Rat said himself, each bond sold helps go directly toward new gear.

If using Eligius, couldn't you just use a separate address for each rig and then scrape the 256 second hashrate to generate alerts?

Eligius has an alert system but it it's still in testing stages. Wizkid said he would be putting it up eventually. Who knows how long that could be Tongue

Hodl!
I was not anywhere near a computer for the payout
Wooo, telekinesis... Cheesy

I like Eligius due to it's non-threatening size, but I need an alert system for each individual miner.  I don't believe Eligius has something like this in place, but please correct me if I'm wrong.  GHash.io may have to be my choice although I absolutely do not want to contribute to the largest pool out there...

I'm real happy with Bitminter, big enough, but still small enough... fees are low, but you can add the perk of as many workers as you need. If the perk price seems high, maybe you could negotiate with Dr Haribo to point a LOT of hash there.

ASIC miner was using bitminter for a while back in the 1st half the year, before they soloed.

personaly I use slush's pool, perhaps the fee are a little bit high but the reliability is great. for idle miner I use alerts on minepeon (I use a raspberry pi to control the miner). I have a way smaller installation than you but you can try Wink
Beside that, thanks for the work and keep our bond working to get bigger and better!
can you say or pm me the technical details about your web hosting, i'll perhaps try to implement something for the trading if it helps you.

I suspect we will see much more transparency soon  Wink

Have you been shaking the magic 8 ball again?

Guess I might have cheated Tongue

Set up a GHash.io account and started playing around.  Pointed a little power over to it to test the waters... pool... heh... See what I did there? Live stats of the some odd 450-480GH/s are at the bottom of every LRM page and on the current hashrate page.  I'm assuming the readout would be considered an "image" or I'd put it in my forum sig.

FWIW
I've been using bitminter for a while and have had good luck, the pool is not large (https://blockchain.info/pools) but it's big enough - offers idle miner alerts (which are AWESOME!) and they have been reliable.

I've used CEX for about the same amount of time and I couldn't get it (CEX) to work with my block eruptors (probably something I was doing).  I like what they have going on but I like bitminter because of the idle miner notifications.

Looking forward to great things happening!  It sounds like there is a lot of work going into this project!

Have the two weeks of mined coins already been converted to fiat?

The BitFury deal has just gotten larger with some new friends joining the buy-in.  These individuals own a couple very very very large data centers with cheap (practically free) hosting available and a rollout team to ensure the abnormally large order goes online as smoothly as possible.  As of right now a 100TH order for LRM is the absolute minimum and the likely is in the 200TH range. (Hows that for a bonus from the 2 weeks?)

Just curious as to the timeframe on this one? (I'm sure it's been mentioned but I can't seem to remember). Even the rough guesstimate is fine.

Cheers!

Feb/Mar delivery.  It will likely start shipping out in Feb and get the remaining stragglers in March.

Awesome, cheers. Now, grab a beer and relax Wink

Real shame it's not Jan/Feb for the Bitfury gear, there is just soooooo much hashrate coming online in the first quarter of 2014 but thanks for the detailed update lab-rat much appreciated.

I didn't feel up for wasting mine or LRMs money on WiFi on the plane, hope you don't mind.

This is the first time I've sat down at a computer in 4+ days *twitch*
