Well hello there!
Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still here.  I will likely be "freezing" the asset in the next 48 hours.  My way of looking at it is these panic sells have nothing to do with the real price.  They are just individuals within the US trying to minimize risk.  grnbrg, keep a running copy of the asset list just in case, but I should be able to snag the final copy after freezing it without issue.

I don't trust BitFunder to put a sizable amount of coin on there so all divs from here on out will be manual.

More info to come.

This part is really the only reason I panic sold pretty much all of my asset's. This bums me out a bit since I was planning on taking what few BTC I did get from selling my 112 shares to try and re-buy at the ridiculously low price they are at now...I take it this freeze will be a complete lockdown?

*Experiencing some not so favorable variance with regards to my BTC luck lately (but I'll hold onto the coin just in case you have any sort of buy back in option should you continue to move forward with this whole venture, sorry I couldn't risk holding in longer but I was recently laid off so what little I was able to get for them became that much more important)

I have a ton of CDN bandwidth, happy to host anything Labrat might need.
Getting something set up now.  I'll probably post a URL some time tomorrow.

I've been pulling a copy of the assetlist every 10 minutes for a couple of weeks now.  Smiley  I'd post the URL, but it's at 225M and growing, and I don't want to abuse my home internet connection...  Smiley

10 minute copies of the JSON assetlist, digitally signed with a GPG key....

Also, have you tried zipping it up?! I haven't actually run the numbers but 225M seems v. big, and it's very un-dense information wise, so would probably zip down to nothing...

Heh.  The last 24 hours are uncompressed.  Anything older is bzip2'd.  Smiley

Each dump is around 550k, uncompressed and a little under a 100k, compressed.  But there's a lot of them.

See doof about this grnbrg.  He has a great deal of bandwidth, and I'm sure he'd want to help out.

you can import the json directly into google docs

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tools-google-spreadsheets-auto-updating-portfolio-json-functions-140427

This should be easy to just filter out the labrat asset and then archive it every 10 mins.

Ah, I see, you're dumping the entire asset list, not just the LRM data...

Okay, put your tin-foil hats on, lol...

Think about it.. SR get taken down around Oct 1 or 2nd.. Yukyo doesn't show up since then.. They are busting people all over the world that had connections with SR. then Bitfunder just puts the "gone out of biz" sign just fo us residents.. Something smells here.. my tin foil hat tells me that something else is going with him.. I know im being paranoid, but what if?
Other than the fact that he's been (occasionally) in his IRC channel over the last couple of days....

And it's "Ukyo".

The asset list is public so lab_Rat can take a copy when the asset is pulled.  He should also take a daily snapshot in case the domain is ceased.

Actually, if someone has the bandwidth, and wants to open a directory up to me with ssh access, I can dump it there for public consumption.  I checked with Ukyo, and he had no issues with it.

I can stick a copy of it in the public folder of my Dropbox for a bit, or can provide a download link hosted elsewhere. I won't be able to make them live copies though, but if people just want what you have now posted I could do that... Not sure I really see the point though.

I know of a few people that take daily snapshots, mmerlin are you listening? getting a copy shouldn't be hard. heck, ill go make one right now...

Haha, yes I am listening, but am sadly too busy to get involved in lengthy debates, I can just about manage to read, but that is all at the moment.

Yes, snapshots are being taken, by me and many others. Assets won't be lost, don't sweat y'all!

You are right. He should and he can. But does he? And do the other asset owners? I am sure that many people have regular copies. But those are not authentic. And also daily snapshots are not enough to identify the latest trades. So I agree that we probably have something but it is far from being bullet proof.
