Yes, collecting landed estate or property is certainly a good investment as its value continue to appreciate especially if it’s located in the heart of a city. That will give a passive income especially if you are using that property for business. Unlike other investment that could easily depreciate its value like stocks or cryptocurrencies once its market is affected by some inevitable factors, landed property prices will continue to surge high especially if the site is ideal for commercial.

I've heard several cases people think land don't depreciate but I've seen in cases of emergencies when a seller ( vendor) had to give out his land below his bought price simply because he wanted to solve a very pressing issue and he had no option but to sell it out.
Recently my elder brother had some financial issues with a client and since alot was at stake, we sold our family land below the actual price and also forfeited almost w plots just to attract buyers and please don't get me wrong but I'm just trying to make you see reasons possible to make the price of land depreciate.

One reason land is always preferable  is simply because it seems safer and also has some sort of guaranty and it is been back by law to own land as long as one can afford it.
There are other investments are are massive and I don't want to go into listing.

I would also like to agreeing with you in this point that one of the best investment is to investing on land property. Because if we look at all other types of investments such as gold, bitcoin, stock market, there are volatilities in which some are low and some are high, but if we think about the price of any land property, we will see that its price will only increase. In most cases this is the case.  And so I also think that investing in landed property would be the best thing to do if you can afford it.

Landed properties are the best of getting rich because those who are well settled during this age are those who have large portion of lands from their parents. The price of land never goes down but it will continue to rise year by year so putting money into land is very beneficial way of getting rich as well as to continue life as a wealthy people.

Yeh, it's not a little capital that has to be spent because once you buy it, the amount will be large, so not everyone can afford to invest in land unless you have to save and invest in something else first, then you can transfer the investment to land, because other investments can start small and when you are big you can buy the land you want.

It's true that development and industrial needs are increasing, some big bosses are eyeing land in the city to be made into businesses in making other properties such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and other shops that are needed, so I think urban areas are a strategic business for land because in just a few years the price will definitely increase 2x as much as before or even more.
That's what I've noticed too with the rapid increase in prices for land in urban areas. If in rural areas the price of land is set at a price per are (100 square meters) it reaches 200 USD. This is far different from the price of land in urban areas, which is set at a price per square meter of up to 200USD. And land in urban areas sometimes does have multiple price increases every year. But unfortunately very few people are willing to sell land in urban areas. so the price continues to rise rapidly. because there are many enthusiasts but few sellers.

In the area where I live, buying land is still considered a very profitable long-term investment. Land prices will never go down, besides that the risk of loss is almost non-existent. Lots of heirs have inherited land from their parents who have died. I am also one of the lucky ones because I got a piece of land from my parents. The price of the land that I acquired has increased 3x from the first price when my parents bought it a few years ago, if you think of land as the best in the long run, I can't argue with that because it depends on each person's perception.

That's absolutely true and those who invest in land are those who already have a lot of money, land is a long term investment with very little risk (almost none) and also a small profit possibility because the movement of land prices is quite slow, this is only suitable for Long term investment and for people who already have a lot of money, of course, land is a good investment.
But not for people who are struggling to make money, there are many other investments that have the possibility of big profits such as investing in crypto.

I don't agree with that, people are investing every day, while some are doing it unknowingly. I don't know why anyone would not want to have lands and properties even without crypto, that's an investment. Also, many people know and buy stocks and shares too, that started before crypto and still remains.

Those are all big ways of investing, locally we can see people doing some local investment that gives them profits by the end of the year, not many people are into Bitcoin and cryptocurency investment as you might think. It's mostly the youth and some old individual that had exposure to the Internet investment are those investing in cryptocurrency. Cryptocurency only made investing easier not that without it people won't invest elsewhere.

The only reason people don't go into land investment is because of the thought of it been costly and you have to wait years for it to give you profits. Also after you invested in a land, if you want to develop it you have to spend more money which makes it a very costly investment.

It depends on the area. If you're in a city, for sure, you'll need a huge capital to purchase a land, but if you're in an urban or some sort of province area, you can find cheaper land there that doesn't require huge capital as long as you know the area and the future of it, then it is possible. There are tons of areas here that are very cheap, and because the province is booming, there is a possibility that the value of this goes up. That is why a lot of people purchase lands in those promising provinces.
