iam doing it again ....7500 short XRP at 9553 on bitmex. stop loss 2%.
basically posting lower highs. daily candle yesterday looks like turning point.
the coin is volatile though and the chance to get stopped out high.

I must be sincere. you gave me hope. i am just a newbie in trading. i have struggling to get into trading but finally. i am in. i have accounts with binance, poloniex and Kucoin.
i need suggestions if possible, do you think i should narrow it down to two exchanges or just one. i think having many accounts on different exchanges might narrow your trading capability and also finance.

as usually it all depends -especially on your trading style.
i think in this market -short term trading is the way to go (hours)
I also have an account on poloniex but i did like 5 trades there before i went fully to binance (bitmex i started way later)
i would trade on binance. many coins, good liquidity and low fees which is important in short term trading since it adds up. as a newbie i wouldnt touch shorting which is not possible on binance anyway but on poloniex.
and dont touch coins with low daily volumes (<200 btc). they destroy you in short term trading if you dont have alo9t of experience. and never every fomo into pump n dumps..
Decided to take profits since its a good chance that btc will find resistance at 4600.
sold 2nd half NANO at 2618 for an average gain of 11,4% or 0,1btc
26.50 is resistance. since iam able to trade today during the day, will try to get in deeper again, same with BAT and GO, and also XEM

GO was strong the last days - today huge drop - but also a 20% bounce. i am long here the support area. but with a tight stop. BTC is scary atm.

just sold half my nano at 2530 - rest stop 2399 (i want to give it some room because i think we got a good chance of btc recovering more here) target thn can be 28k for nano

GO i only got a 0.4 btc pos. - will let the stop be at 849 - but its not looking great
XEM stop loss 1619 - super wide ...but also there a 0.4btc pos now and the volatility is so high in that coin.
if btc goes to 4800 now its possible to see some nice gains in the coins.

XEM iam still in with half my position at 1734. I actually didnt realize that i had an 0.8 btc position due to miss calculation. way to big size since the stop loss was so far away. so that was one motivation to cut the position in half...but yeah the exit was badly timed at 1674
The short term chart looks pretty choppy - high volatility. daytraders dream. but since i got no time at all today ...i try to use longer time frames. and i got to say the daily chart looks amazing. maybe time for the green szenario

BAt i longed few days ago since it had a strong bounce after the first btc dump. it didnt make new lows today which i find strong. so i got in. it is not as good performing as i thought though. but nice daily long wicks. 4 bullish candles in 5 days

thanks for your interest. i did activate it now but got to say that will not do such thing. feel free here to ask here any time about my motivation for a certain decision. the more specific the question is the better since it means you are already digging into the topic by yourself.
i also decided to take my entrioes today in the trading list -eventhough entries are not posted in realtime. i will manage it in the future that via phone i will make a small post about my entry during the day and in the evening provide more details. otherwise iam skipping too many trades.
i went long 3783 NANO at 2308
and long 24960 BAT at 3517
basically i wanted to use the huge drop to be long in 2 coins where i thought they hade a decent support zone.
as you can see on the sceenshopt i also sold half my XEM with a loss of 3,7% at 1673. i wanted to cut my position in half but i actually sold in order to long GVT. it went down to below 100 which is a no brainer long in my eyes. but got distraced at work and never longed actually. GVT went up 30% afterwards!!!!
