I downloaded the lastets version and it is more stable and faster now.
IMO max 4weeks but, i still hope in 6-7 days now, but better good then not.

With the rework of explorer.lbry.io there's no longer an API. Will it come back?
This is one of the few projects that actually will produce the real value
The real cost? I remember recently the price was around 0.00001 That was a horror. And now greatly I regret that I did not buy it then a lot. I think the price is a few dollars. 
FYI: We are taking this higher at Polo. Much much much much much much higher.
P.S. I sold my FLO, 4.5 million of it for a 20 fold gain. Not gonna sell a penny of this one, it's a keeper.

Whenever I tried to play video on LBRY app, it doesnt play it. Instead it's downloading it to my PC. Can anyone shed some light on what might be the problem? Or is this expected behavior?

LBC gone be massive...we see $1,- - $2,- soon per lbc...mark my words!
Good projects like XRP, game, ETH have more coins...so easy 10x - 20x from now.

buy and hold will prob end up bad IMO ;p
there's lots of miners taking profits, literally Nvidia farms built just for that purpose.
Honestly if you want to secure your profits, you have better chance MINING and holding, or creating some demand thru content/locking up some LBC in claims (yourself or get others too)
Best Of Luck! this project is great no doubt, but people need to realize a lower price is good, it's called distribution, if they wanted investors they would have had ICO haha, but hey free market do what you choose with your coins
