Reading books in the language you're trying to learn is really helpful unless that language uses different characters in writing. My English wasn't really improving like how I want to in the past years so I tried reading novels and watching movies in English. It really helped in improving my grammar and accent.
Just learn vocabularies, read books and watch movies in the language you are learning. All come true
Try to create an environment where a new language will be present. For example, change the language of your phone or PC, listen to their music, read their books and you should use apps like hello talk where you can speak with someone who is native in that language.
I think the easiest way is to study a self-learning book and watch movies with subtitles.
I usually watch movies and TV shows in the language I need

However modern is the world, there is no match for real tuition, so its better to join a nearby language learning center

repetition is very important in learning a new language. listen to a short story in the language you want to learn for at least 30 times. after that listen to another story. this will be a good start.
It is very simple to learn a new language and you can always buy dictionaries.
to learn a new language we need to get invloved in that linguistic society firstly and then try to learn their words
Well you need a lot of dedication and the best way to learn a foreign language is to find the bearer of that language and have conversation with them
