Everything happens with a good practise of speaking. Grammar and other things are important but without speaking, it's nothing.

Hello,
How to we learn a new language?
What is the most practical method of learning a new language?
What are the methods of learning that you apply and benefit you?

I've been learning Chinese since 2016, so far discovered that in the case of a completely foreign language with no cultural ties to your mother tongue, 3 things are important: consistency, mindfulness and persistence. The second one is probably less obvious that the others, so here's an explanation: in addition to simply trying to learn everything by heart, it pays to actively try to understand the underlying system, the structure of the language, and the connections between its parts. Not only does it help advance faster, it can also provide a great insight into the culture and the mindset of the people whose language you're learning.

Pick up the language you interesed and learn basics and speak it will automatically help you.
Learning a language takes hardly 90 days and to understand it takes 3 weeks so first try to understand the language you need to learn.

Reading a textbook at home should be enough at first, if the language is not too difficult. Then you can read other books in order to write down and remember new words. By building up your vocabulary you will learn to understand the language. With time you will be able to watch series and listen to audiobooks. The key is persistence. If you devote at least half an hour a day to learning a language, you will be fine. And I have heard that it is important to think in the language you are learning. At least you should try.

You can watch tutorials on youtube. The key is to be very patient. You must also learn how to respect not only their language, but also their culture because it's a huge part of it. There are also some apps where you can chat with people with different language and you can teach each other. There're lots of ways to learn, you just have to persevere.  Smiley

Learning a new language is fun. It is somehow challenging but at the same time, you are not just learning the language but also the amazing culture and its history.

Immersion. That's the best way. Works best the younger you are, but with enough time, it works for almost anyone. When you have no choice but to learn it just to get by, it's pretty essential.

If you defenitely want to learn a new language, you know that you can start from the beggining or from the basic. First thing you must know is the basic or the daily words they speak in their conversations.
