as far as I heard that in Russia and in Belarus they are opening up specialties at universities related to the blockchain technology. And this is a very good decision. Such specialists will be in great demand in the future.

A policy that deserves thumbs up, where Russia provides special lessons on crypto, this is a challenge for all token holders to learn more about crypto so that they don't feel competed with the new generation.

Yes, it is a very good step to promote crypto in universities. We need to study crypto as a subject in all schools also. Level of education is rise with the help of this strong step.

I think that would be very good. And this would be another step in the recognition of the cryptocurrency (for example, in Russia).

While everybody  is so unhappy about Ethereum, I think we can distract for a while as long as we can not change the situation, all we can do is wait. So let's wait with some usefulness. What do you think about the possibility of learning cryptocurrency world in the universities, in some financial departments, for instance? I think it is possible in the future as cryptocurrency is slowly becoming a huge part of our lives and it is silly to deny the fact that we will have to deal with crypto sooner or later. So why not to found some sort of cryptocurrency school at first and then we do can make a whole department in the university. What subjects would you like to teach or would you like to learn? Would such things be useful and popular amount young and middle aged students? Maybe even the aged will find the attention here, why not, usually they have a lot of time and pensions are not good enough I think.

You can already study about blockchain in universities, there is another discussion about this on the forum but i can't find it now. Here you have 10+ universities with blockchain courses.

EDIT:

Found it.

maybe an IT curriculum that can involve crypto as an educational material for students. but this will not be effective because crypto is not very good in learning options, and as for other things about the blockchain system, it might be better to be a knowledge option. yes in my opinion like that

Great idea but I think that it is necessary to study not the crypto market in financial educational institutions, but the technology of the blockchain in technical universities. The crypto market today is speculation, it makes no sense to study.

Universities have courses on less important subjects so why not a few crypto classes.  The higher ups that have connections to the financial industry may be against teaching crypto in schools though.

Indeed, cryptocurrency is being introduced deeper and deeper into all aspects of our life, but nevertheless there are still a lot of places on the planet where there are no computers, no Internet, no electricity!

why do you need to go to university for learning crypto, you can just purpose a video tutorial in Udemy for it. There are different video course related to blockchain and there were even classes about being ethereum developer in udemy. The only time you want to go to a real world class is perhaps when there is a boot camp and you are interested to see a reallive mining devices in the production. Udemy is your best option for it.

Biggest universities of the USA and Europe provide some courses on blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. For instance, Princeton, Duke, Cambridge, Oxford, LSE ...
In 2012, one of my friends published his master thesis which was related to cryptocurrencies. Academic publications are so much to follow. The problem depends on the thoughts of ordinary people.

Education is a key part of a lot things. If crypto like every other walk of life can be studied in the universities around the world, building and creating a sound knowledge of the pros and cons of the technology, then we will witness a greater adoption and a possible mainstream roll..

i think a couple of universities has already.
adopted and teach and inform a lot of students regarding blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
however some are regulated by governments so its kinda be hard specially if the government had banned the crypto in the country.
They are focusing on the blokchain and then they are telling crypto after that. Some universities have already created it. But it will be a good thing if there will be more and more university will try to create such a blockchain education.
This will give a huge advertisement to the crypto without any money.

Learning cryptocurrency in higher institution is what I will like to see more of. I understand that there are few university in the US and cannada that offer courses in cryptocurrency, the higher learning of cryptocurrency will encourage research and development and ultimate adoption for all kinds of uses!

There are few universities who are already teaching crypto in their classes. Separate class for crypto may or may not be helpful for now but I believe there should be some basic knowledge regarding crypto technology for everyone. Everyone who comes out of university should know basic about crypto and how it works so they teach it to others. good for long term adoption.

a nice idea but what we have to bear in mind is the fact that the government should give its permisiion. and i am not sure they made up their minds yet about whether crypto is dangerous for them or not

This sounds really good, and I think it will be provided in near future. It will be a new branch in economic. What about blockchain technology - I think it must be in university right now.

Crypto learning in universities I think is quite useful. invasion of dai crypto will not be able to prevent anymore because if the saw support from many aspects including the existing technology will inevitably bring crypto into an era of increasingly large. by having a study about crypto I think will help this to be better to prepare for the era of crypto comes. would be quite useful and also necessarily can give you a lot of profit when it has prepared from the moment for crypto.
