You will not be able to progress here if you only focus on "work" part. As others have already pointed out, read and learn more about the topics discussed here and get actively involved in the discussions, and you will find that there is much more to it than just work. This forum is an excellent source of information, and the members are very friendly, and they also share information and advice with each other.

But first of all, I strongly recommend that you take your time and read the topics that other members have recommended before me. This will help you to avoid the beginner mistakes that many newbie members make.

Don't work here as bitcointalk doesn't accept employees but accepts people who likes to share their knowledge and other information that will be useful for everyone and not just newbies. This forum is created for that purpose and because some wanted to use this platform to promote their casinos, services and many more so I would say that you think that you can work here for a long time but it's not. As I have said, just enjoy learning and sharing then you might get accepted what they need. if you have skills that is useful in crypto then why not start a service like they pay you to work on their site like designing, signature designing, avatar designs, wordpress and many more.

Don't take things too seriously. It's a forum for exchanging bitcoin related discussions and ideas (even if it's stupid). You need to comply with the forum rules^[1] and you'll be fine.
Joining signature campaigns or getting paid work requires some time (a certain rank) and therefore the more you learn and ask correctly, you will not have problems in promoting or obtaining merit points that help you rise.

The most important thing is knowledge, the more that knowledge, the easier and faster you will get money.

Work don't confuse work as a member here. You are not required to work just to get financial money here. Yes when you read the guidelines and fulfill and read all necessary information you'll get to know what are the rules and your donts and do here to avoid such missery such as ban or having negative feedback due to wrong doings. Anyway newbie can work it out as long they Re serious ot learn here so we're hoping you could be one here. Welcome and goodluck.

Whatever you do in your journey to become a valuable member of this community I strongly advise you avoid plagiarism. Nothing good comes form it, that will only cause you pain in the end.
To work here you need to have at least member rank to participate in bounties and signature campaigns. To increase one's rank you need merits

You are welcome to bitcointalk community, learning forum conduct is base on your ability to determine your objectives, the only thing that will make you to be active is your research of bitcoin and technically development of bitcoin, if you really want to learn, devote time to read thoroughly for the pin post's in every board and also take care and penetrate to all the board's and emulate the existing users method of composition.. avoid plagiarism and look out board that is suitable for you to compose article. First welcome to the Bitcointalk forum,
If you want to learn about bitcoins or other related crypto currencies then I tell you that you are in the right place, you can share your knowledge too here .
Since you already read the pins topic above and learn something new to you I suggest that you must do back read then you will find some sources of knowledge. About the guidelines, I tell you that not all the guide you want is given by someone, you must learn the other guides by yourself cause not all the time that older members can assist you, all they do is give some useful threads that helps you understand a lot of things.
