bitcoin cash is on same address not on same seed.
So i create 24 word phrase,send bitcoin and i see balance, after few months i login again with same seed and i see balance,after this come new update and bitcoin cash fork,I did not tried update softweare few months because i didnt have access to ledger because i was in another country.After some time new update comes again and after few months i tried to update firmware(december) but with no success. I tried around 30 times from time to time but i was unable to update software.I tried everything what i find on internet about and i talked with support few times without solution.They just talking again same and same thing in loops which never worked.I am angry ,i cant access to my wallet.Finnaly come new Live app and after few attempts i have success to update software,But when i login i see not same address and 0 balance.Im deeply convinced that i lose my coins because ledger nano s bug.I don have any other explanation what could happen.Only think what can be possible if i create separate new seed with same 24 words in the same order,but i think this is not possible.

Now you say your BCH is not on address created by same seed, so how can that be true if BCH&BTC are allegedly share the same address? One seed is generated both address, so you should see balance for both coins.
Seed is only thing which is important for your problem, even if device does not work properly there are ways you can restore your coins/private keys. So if you import correct seed in Electrum wallet and select derivation path for Legacy or Segwit your BTC should be shown there.
Ledger support it's not something you can rely on, I have experience with them and you can get more help just by surfing on their website or ask for help on this forum.
We give you many advice, try to read them from start - maybe you missed something. What I would do in your place is reseting device and make new firmware update, the possibility exists that the firmware is maybe corrupted. You should also remove all Ledger Apps from Chrome and make fresh install from Ledger site.
