Has anyone perhaps already had experience with SafePal?

Better use search function instead asking offtopic questions like this.
Safepal is cheap Chinese device that stole open source code and made it their own copyrighted closed source, like Kraken labs showed in their report.
It can't be connected with other wallets like Electrum, there is no coin control, no option to sign messages and no desktop software.
Waste of money in my opinion, but maybe they will fix something in S2 version.

Sorry for asking about this in this topic, there are currently 3 alternatives on the market - Ledger, Tezor and brand new ones from Binance - SafePal S1. Has anyone perhaps already had experience with SafePal? It only costs 39 € and seems to be very good, especially in the DeFi area

this happened two days ago and funds not there, so you reckon that the funds will appear at the wallet at some point??
also didn't know that all addresses generated are part of my wallet, that's good to know1
Many thanks for the help
So long as you did not provide a wrong address, and you're sure the address was generated by your ledger, it should show up.

Go to your ledger live application and check your ledger manager and see if you have any other accounts which may have money in it. Read: https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020435654-Add-your-accounts

Many thanks!!! Now sorted!!!

If you sent the same address to two different people and both of them sent bitcoins to that address, you will see two different transactions in Ledger Live under Latest Operations (the transaction history). If you see only one truncations there, it means that the other one was not sent yet or one of the senders sent it to a different address which is not part of your wallet. Even if the transaction is unconfirmed, the balance will still be updated, but you will notice a clock icon that signals that you have an unconfirmed incoming transaction. When your transaction gets 2 confirmations, the clock icon will disappear.

Normally they should. But it depends where the sender have actually sent that money, the fee he used and other factors (including the sender's honesty).
If you think that's not a (privacy) issue, you can share the addresses where you expect the money and we check.
Or you can check yourself, go to blockchair.com, enter the address and see the transactions you have there - if any, is it confirmed and if it's not then what fee it's used and if is RBF enabled.

Using ledger for bitcoin wallet I accidentally shared two times the same address generated to receive funds
Ledger generates new address every time to receive, so one amount got there the other one lost,
what happened to the amount btc lost?? many thanks

Your wallet generates new addresses every time as it needs them - usually for receiving funds or change addresses in transactions.
Using a new address every time is recommended, that's why it shows you new address every time.
But all those addresses are part of the wallet and the funds you receive should be there, not lost, even if you receive funds there much later or multiple times.

New generated addresses are the same as the first address upon creation. Even how many addresses will be generated, it will always the fund appear on your main address. If your bitcoin lost, the possible cause is you are copying the wrong address.

I'm not a techy guy about bitcoin wallet but as I understand this is the same principle of Electrum wallet that can able to generate a new address after having a transaction. You can reuse which one of them or the first wallet address upon creation. If that is lost, that is a different story, I guess you were hacked.
