Unfortunately, we could never know what would have happened if Spalletti had remained on the bench of Napoli for another year. This story reminds me a lot of when Mourinho surprisingly left Inter after winning the Champions League final, I think he saw that more could not be achieved and that he had reached the maximum, in fact then Inter went into total decline in the following years. The stories are similar! Returning to Napoli, I hope they can at least reach the Europa League because by now the Champions League is difficult to catch but not impossible, but they would need a miracle.

in my opinion, with Spalletti, Napoli would have at least maintained their position in the top four. Often a coach motivates the players a lot, such coaches are quite rare, I remember Carlo Mazzone very well who was like a father to the players and they listened to him as one listens to a father

I liked it a lot Mazzone

Most probably with Spalletti at the helm there would have been a different championship for Napoli, I think you are right, maybe he wouldn't have ruined the championship but he would have fought for a position in the top four. Mazzone was a great coach and had the good fortune to coach the greatest of them all, my idol as a child, the divin codino Roberto Baggio! What memories! I shed a tear Cry

unfortunately as a fan I will definitely say yes, if you remember well a year ago, in the previous season, we had a lot of injured people
a cursed season in which we had to manage this scary emergency of broken people
despite this we didnt go too far, I hope that we will be able to save the goal this season too.. i hope

Injuries really had a role in Juventus to get worse. I mean Juventus already don't have a very impressive squad I'm afraid. When they struggle with injuries too things are just turning into a nightmare.

I believe there is a serious need of squad quality improvement for the team now. They need to strengthen their attacking side more above all else. They are very good at defending already but their main issue is with scoring.

44 goals in 29 league games is just terrible statistics if you ask me.  Sad  You can't be the champion with this performance while Inter are destroying everyone in the league. I guess that Juventus board would figure a way out.

In my opinion Spalletti last year realised that he had made a miracle and that he was unlikely to continue with winning results, in fact when there were only a few days left before the end of the championship Napoli's performance had dropped dramatically, like the resounding defeat in the Champions League against Milan. For me Napoli last year was a flash in the pan and in this championship we have had confirmation of that. It is difficult to say that the top players will remain, without Champions League I see it very hard.

It was really like a miracle season for Napoli. I have nothing to say against that. However I would really like to see what would happen if Spalletti stayed for one more year at least. I guess we will never find out.  Sad  Because some managers are really very good at bonding with the players strongly and maybe Napoli players were also going to show the same ambition again.

Osimhen extended his contract by only a year. This must be a proof that he doesn't intend to stay long if Napoli can't even join the Champions League again.

PSG is already speculated with Osimhen. They must be thinking of him as Plan B in case of Mbappe's leaving.

To win the title this season, there is only one chance for Juventus, namely the Italian Cup, where they managed to reach the semifinals and will compete against Lazio and this match is match that should be easy for Juventus to win in order to continue to advance to the final.
Lazio is not strong team and they do not have the stability or consistency to maintain perfect performance, Juventus will knock Lazio out of the Italian Cup competition.
Meanwhile, for next season UCL tickets, can be sure that Juventus will get them, they will try to catch up with AC Milan to win runners-up in Serie A.

In the remaining matches that will take place during this season I believe Juventus will get more wins and of course they can save more points to show everyone that Juventus is strong winning team.
I mean they can, there is a possibility of it, but I do not think that they will do even that much. It's obvious that they are in over their head for the time and I think it's going to be a tough decision to make as well. I get that it's going to be a difficult decision making and eventually we are going to see it change for a while, but we need to keep it going for as long as possible.

I personally believe that the best thing to do in this case would be just focusing on what we could do personally and I believe that betting on Juventus to win it is still way too risky for me. I am not saying they will not win it, all I am saying is that I will not bet on them to win it, there is a big difference, I just don't want that risk.
As long as there is still chance and they haven't really failed then it can be said that they can and are able to get it, maybe some people will never believe in this success but who knows if Juventus could have luck and there will be instant changes that occur.
Match still leaves some time for preparation, during this semifinal they will only play Lazio and it is certain that Juventus will be the team to compete in the final.
Moreover, the other semi-final match is Fiorentina vs Atalanta and whoever wins this match to advance to the final will definitely be beaten by Juventus, just look at them, they are still below Juventus, even in terms of performance they are behind Juventus.
There will be great confidence for Juventus to win the Italian Cup title this season, after all Juventus is also the most successful team with 14 Italian Cup titles.

Significant changes that occurred at Juventus this season after the bad conditions last season with series of problems that occurred have become clear evidence that Juventus will still be able to return to being strong team in Italian football.
Maybe this season Juventus failed to compete for the Serie A title, but next season there will definitely be an opportunity to come and make Juventus champions, as has happened before Juventus is the king of Italian football with the most titles.

Such a downfall by Napoli in only a year.  Sad  Now we see them trying to hold onto top 6 to be able to join a competition at least. The players reacted really badly to Spalleti's departure you know. When Rudi Garcia came I really wonder what happened behind the scenes. Because as far as I remember his tactical preferences had really nice similarities to Spalletti's.  Huh

This big recession might cause Napoli to lose at least one of their stars in this summer also, what do you think about that?

Especially Osimhen or Kvaratskhelia might leave. I don't know about Kvaratskhelia for now but I think Osimhen's probability of leaving is stronger.

There is a serious level of drop in Juventus' form surely. Not having any motivation source has affected the players really negatively.  Sad  However they should still wake up from their dream to fight for keeping their presence in top 4 at least. Maybe they look safe because of an 8-point gap with Roma. But there are still 9 more weeks to play.

While Roma are Bologna are both on the rise this form can cause big problems for Juventus on the last moments of the season. Additionally there are other tough games too such as Lazio (away), Fiorentina (home) and Milan (home).

Juventus will qualify for the next Champions League I am more than sure, they cannot afford to miss this goal, because being absent for two consecutive years from the Champions League means a very big loss of money. Surely the fans will suffer until the end of the championship but in my opinion the four teams that will go to the Champions League will be Inter Milan Juventus Roma

Well I don't understand what the point is About them not being motivated, Although they are clear that they have gone through very difficult times because they have to react, they have 2 big Problem s, they passed and Overcame them, they have to remember that things are not theirs. It did so well at the time that they just Started fighting to qualify in the Top 4, it's hard to be told from Serie A that you won't be able to qualify for other competitions, neither UCL, nor Anything , just Remember that you Should be a sufficient motivation , Right now they are coming up with very good, very definitive matches, they cannot let their Guard Down , Bologna has been Breathing down Juve's neck for a while Now, they will see if they let themselves be Caught, Juve has to change the Mentality GetMotivated, get Inventive, it's a lifelong club.

Juventus must accelerate their attempts to sign main target to anticipate Liverpool threat

Quote
A report warns Juventus of incoming competition from Liverpool in the race to sign Atalanta star Teun Koopmeiners.

The Bianconeri have identified the Dutchman as their primary transfer target to enhance the middle of the park for next season.

The 26-year-old has cemented himself as one of the most enticing players in his position since joining La Dea in 2021. He has already hit double figures in Serie A by scoring 10 goals this term.

But according to La Gazzetta dello Sport via JuventusNews24, the Turin-based giants will have to splash at least 50 million euros to secure the player’s services.

The Orobici currently value their prized asset at 60 million euros. And in any case, they wouldn’t accept an offer below 50M.

So despite being a keen admirer of Koopmeienrs, Juventus Football Director Cristiano Giuntoli hasn’t made a concrete move just yet. He realizes that the club can’t afford to sign the player before securing Champions League qualification.

In my opinion, I think allegri should rather be concerned about clinching at least one trophy, maybe the Italian cup and also end up in the champions League spot to ensure that they secure a place in European football come next season because it seems like the current season is already over for juventus as we speak. It has been a very rough campaign for the Turin club after losing the top position to inter who are in some sort of good form but juventus still has the chance to move to second place if AC Milan who are currently occupying the position with a three point difference drops some point before the end of the remaining nine games of the season.

given that we are well into the championship, I don't think the situation can improve
in my opinion the situation can only get worse from an athletic point of view, in practice the Juventus fans will have to suffer

they will have to grit their teeth Cheesy and suffer

among other things the absurd thing is that they only and exclusively played the Italian championship, and what if they also played a cup? they (the players) would have been exhausted after 20 days
I don`t understand, I am really shocked at how there has been this decline, only playing Serie A

Juventus will have the money next year, perhaps giving up a few players who are of little use to the team's game plan and trying to get better players by reinvesting the sums obtained.
Inter has been using this strategy for the past five years, buying at 0 and reselling, part of the profit generated is reused for new purchases, the rest to clear the debt with oaktree, who will most likely become the new owner of the company in May.

I hope so. Because Juventus have been playing with an average level squad for a quite long time. This is a big hindrance for them to become the Serie A champions. Their midfield needs a really significant change. I don't believe it is reliable and quality enough for a team like Juventus.  Sad

Pogba must be their biggest regret among their midfielder transfers. They got him back from the Red Devils without a transfer fee but couldn't use him properly. He has dealt with lasting injury problems and now he has a 4-year ban because of doping... Such a waste of career. He could have still been one of the impressive players now.

At this rate even fourth place is at risk, Bologna are playing very well and are five points behind, Roma have picked up points after points since Daniele De Rossi took over and are now eight points behind, but for Juventus any false move could be fatal, and they still have to play against Roma and Bologna, which will not be easy. Now there is the break for the national teams, they will have time to regain strength and get back to fighting to keep everyone at a distance, or for Allegri it will really be the end

exactly, at this point it becomes crucial for them to try not to lose matches
given that the risk can easily turn into reality and lead to disaster for an entire season that hadn`t gone so badly after all
if they leave the champions league then it`s a total disaster a big disaster

With such a heated end to the championship, all the fans of the top teams will have to suffer, the milanisti, the juventini, the bolognesi, the romanisti, the atalantini etc. etc., all of these still don't know what position their teams will get, whether they will play in the Champions or Europa League and all this I would say is very fascinating  Cheesy

Yes, at least to reduce the fans' disappointment because Juventus failed to win the Serie A title, at least Juventus still has a chance to get an Italian Cup trophy because Juventus still has to get through the semifinals against Lazio and in the end can reach the final, I hope Juventus can make the best use of their time in order to beat Lazio in the semifinals, in my opinion, Juventus has a bigger chance than Lazio, but surprises can still happen if Juventus doesn't focus on the match because Lazio is also not a weak club and they also cannot be underestimated, especially after they failed in the League Champions, of course in the Italian Cup, he doesn't want to fail.

In Serie A, Juventus no longer has a chance of winning the title, but at least they can still be in 2nd place if Milan loses because the difference between the two is still relatively small, but on the other hand, if Juventus continues to be inconsistent, the opportunity to overtake Milan will become increasingly difficult and in fact Juventus' position in the top 3 is threatened by Bologna, therefore Juventus must be careful in the remaining matches this season, a draw or loss is a bad result, they must try to get the full points to maintain consistency.

Most probably next year we will see a rebirth of Juventus, I hope they change coach because Allegri now proposes a game that is very easy to understand and even small teams manage to put Juventus in difficulty. I also believe that in April Juventus will return to winning ways if they want to participate in the next Champions League.

I honestly don't see it possible
they don't have any money to spend at the moment and so they won't spend any
in my opinion they still need a year, just enough time to collect some Champions League television rights and then in 2 years they can spend some money

Juventus will get over the challenge, but it wouldn't be so soon, and this is why we should not expect much from them next season, because they are broke and would not be able to buy new players. Allegri just need to manage the players that he has for now, till they overcome their financial crisis and become buoyant to buy players.

However, the coach can still manage the players and bring out the best in them, and the club will still triumph. It will only take time. We saw the challenge that Barcelona was facing earlier this season, it was still financial problems, but Xavi was able to manage his players. It was because of the lack of funds to buy players that made Xavi to bring Yamal to the senior team. So nothing is impossible.
I would feel like they could just make some transfers anyway, just because they are in debt doesn't mean that they are not going to make anything happen, of course they will and they just need to manage the finances right. Like assume that they want to sell Vlahovic, they can just sell him for 100 million or something, get a 50 million striker, and then a 30 million midfield and a 20 million backup winger or something.

As you can see, they got a little worse, but they made some moves. Something like that could happen, not saying that will happen but I can see why something like that would look like a possibility for them. I believe that they are going to end up with a greater return on their transfer budget as well, maybe stay in positive. Plus, all the money coming from UCL and all that, could be great.
