De Rossi had initial success. But the club is after long-term success. And looking at a coach for only half of a season is definitely not enough to know if he is a good coach or not for the club. So they have made the right decision to actually give him another chance. If they did not give him another chance, it would have been unfair to him. Maybe changing José Mourinho was not the right thing to do in the first place but that is already done. At least they are not changing De Rossi.

Lukaku might probably not be the best value for money deal that any club can get right now. He is not performing that well. His last season was not so good, but his 22/23 season was so much glory, from a player like him, huge number of goals are expected. The problem is at this moment he is not being able to provide that.

Romelu Lukaku is stotom semper an overwhelmed Altatue player, he would not surprise me that it would be another flop for the team that would take him, I see him as a mercenary who is very attached to the money that to football, it was enough for me to see it when every time he promised faith to A team and then return to Chelsea and say that it was the best team of all, overrated!

Exactly, finishing in the top 4 would already be the best result he can get and certainly his real goal.

I personally doubt Juve will have a great season in 24/25 because they don't have a great squad and they don't have the necessary money to make new transfers either but I do see them finish in top 4.

For me , it's way more concerning the fact that Italian players don't have a place in top 4 teams in their own country and we can see this clearly at Euro where players from Sassuolo or Cagliari are entering the pitch and we don't see players from Juve , Milan or Inter. I also think if they don't solve this problem , Italy will miss again the World Cup.

De Rossi deserves to get another chance. Even if he couldn't lead AS Roma to win a trophy, he could improve the performance of AS Roma. It is not easy to strengthen AS Roma, it should take time and a long process. However, De Rossi showed a positive progress and he make a good relationship among the players. He deserves it honestly. I'm happy for him, the club made the right decision to sack Jose Mourinho and apoint him. Though at the very beginning, I never classified him as a good replacement for Jose Mourinho until I saw the improvements from what he's got and that of Jose Mourinho.

He is also a player now turned coach who knows in and out of this club. He knows the loopholes lacking and how to patch them up. Hopefully, he gets the backing they never gave Jose Mourinho.

They won't be making long term plans with Romelu Lukaku, sujce he is a target for Napoli. He should make a move immediately after the European Competition.
People see the take over from Jose Mourinho otherwise anyways. But what I know, he deserves it and has took the club forward better. Let's see what Impact Daniel De Rossi can get net season.

I don`t understand the management of Roma, changing coaches often is not only expensive but also destabilizing for the team, he hasn`t played many games yet, I don`t see the reason to change

Of course, they should give him "a second chance". They have just appointed him as the coach of Roma. So it will be very unfair to him if they do not keep him as the coach. Also, remember that they have appointed him in the middle of the season. So just giving someone the type of half a season is just not enough for a coach to actually prove what he is capable of. I don’t think they are going to give him a lot of money to spend. So at least give him the time that he needs. It is already hard in this day and age without having good enough money to spend.

They will obviously have to keep the players that are performing well for them. Because as I said they are probably not going to spend a lot of money. Which means they are not capable of bringing in very good players. So they will have to keep the players that they have right now.
