You can tell me whatever you like, for me hi is a scammer of a future scammer, he asked for a vouch in the topic but was unable to use the report button?

He can tell his story that he wanted to get information to report it to the bank, to someone else or to Santa claus

He knows what he was after and he just try to save his legendary account period

As legendary they should protect newbies and report such scams and not support them!
don't generalize it's just one person that having legendary rank asking for vouch, and using word "they" is just not right, there's so many legendary members out there who always feel pleased to help newbies avoiding scammers, and how dare this guy could make them looks bad too?

There is merit in this assumed expectation.
We can't do anything more than censure legendary ranked members who do something slimy/scammy.
But investigating possible measure to vouch is worthy of investigating.

I am all ears with any suggestion, and would be willing to post TALK as bounty for establishing a procedural plan.  Likely a round table with several rounds of discussion to see what it produces.

all I was doing was trying to see if this person was a FAKE
man how people can just turn on some one for nothing
if the rules of bitcointalk forbid any illegal selling or even hacking method then there's no point to prove that the guy is trusted or not , better just press the report to admin button then he will lose a chance to selling or scamming
and from what I see, when there's someone selling thing that related to hacking activities the post will be deleted by mods

It is true. That's why report to admin button is available in all the post. Default trust is just for trading guide and not for reporting spam post. I think it is easy click the report button better than making new thread and have so many spam post. Smiley

We have seen scams from people around the same rank and lower then you. So we are just paranoid. Edit: and what would you do if this person actually had a backdoor?

if the person was sending me any type of files they would have been dealt with in the correct matter.
The person would have been reported.

The correct matter as you say yourself would be hit the report button so he has no chance that someone will fall in his trap by the time that he will send you some files, and still to vouch you would need to test it I am right?

Legendary accounts can be sold.

Don't buy anything from someone with an anonymous identity. You are basically asking for getting scammed if you do. Only buy from someone with a clear and traceable identity and a sound reputation. Always work through an escrow with carefully thought out conditions of payment release. Been burned many times and learned it the hard way.

Looks like winter is a female. Smiley Btw, as some other people pointed, ranking here doesn't mean s*it nowadays. And I'm not sure that this single reply by winter gives enough proofs that she/he was trying to take advantage, or scam somebody. Just wrote her/him a PM.

What if he is checking to see if it's another scam attempt ?

Exactly.  I could ask a person to PM the details of his program and that wouldn't make me a "scam supporter".  If it turns out to be a ponzi, I'll be the one exposing it.  Smiley

I asked you some question, and that's far from "protecting" anyone.
Nope, i'm not trying to "sell" you anything because i really don't care about you (sorry for that). Do you accuse everyone that doesn't agree with you to be an alt ? You do, don't you ..

I mean, the guy is 100% certainly trying to sell fog, or are you that dumb to think he can find exploit to some bank , but he's selling it on a f?cking forum...
You watch way too many movies kid, what are you; 13 ?

I just wonder why you believe that he is asking a vouch copy to report it to the bank or whoever, he could simply use the report button to get the topic removed if he was really after to help someone.

Yes i am 13 years old and watch only hacker movies

Getting topic removed that is created by a newbie means nothing, because he will simply create another throwaway account and repost it.
I'm not saying people shouldn't report, just that it's kind of circle run.

Why are you getting surprised? Owning a legendary member account doesn't make you a saint instantly. In fact, considerable amount of scams being done by people who own legendary accounts. And account selling is making it even worse.

Exactly. Memberships mean close to nothing these days.

I am shocked how a legendary member is asking to get a vouch copy to defraud a bank and scam users for money!

http://archive.is/rj5k4

As legendary they should protect newbies and report such scams and not support them!

Did you talk to the user in question about his motives ?
What if he is trying to get information he needs to report this to authorities or bank in question? What if he is checking to see if it's another scam attempt ?

I don't really see anyone here being dumb enough to use backdoor bought online to make international crime..

Why you protect him are you his alt?

Do not try to sell me the story that he is acting as good person here he could simply report the topic in question to moderators and not ask to get a vouch copy!

He could help and protect the users from this forum by simply report it!

Are you serious about the  quote : What if he is checking to see if it's another scam attempt ?

What is it then in your opinion ? It's 10000% a SCAM to sell something like this

Being a legendary only means that their account is old enough to become one, also like yahoo62278 an account can change ownership at anytime nowadays. People shouldn't automatically trust them just because they are legendary.

Might just be me, but I actually think that he was making a joke/being sarcastic.

I do not think that he did a simple joke, because there is nothing to joke about this if he was just about to joking or being sarcastic, why he did not click on the report button?

Exactly, legendary member can scam as well, acc can be purchased.

Yes, and the problem is that noobs don't know this, necessarily.   Before I came to bct I had no clue whatsoever that accounts of any kind could be valuable--like eBay ones.  Most people want to take things at face value,  but when dealing with bitcoin you really can't.   A healthy dose of skepticism is required.

I have to say, it doesn't surprise me that a legendary is asking for a vouch copy here.  Just because someone isn't known as a scammer here doesn't mean they're 100% honest and wouldn't shoplift a can of tuna fish.   A lot of crackers and hackers running around these days.
