812 and still a Hero Member. Where are all the other 775+ non Legendary Members at?

Someone has to make it till the bitter end

If I had to go that path, why do you think you will be different? So expect a long road lying ahead of you. When you eventually hit sub-1000 activity level (still as a Hero member, obviously), you will most likely start your own thread inquiring in utmost perplexity whether you are the only Hero member sticking around the forum with so high an activity, and may even strike a bet with someone, only to drag it past 1,000 activity miles

Congratulations on being Legendary, I am jealous, though... Tongue

...and Just like that - two weeks earlier than I forecast it would happen - I am now Legendary! - As I predicted on the 1st of October.

(You can now lock the thread) Wink
Me too. So, your prediction about me was wrong. We have turned Legendary in the same period. Seems to be real random.

I thought we were both at 910 - did you miss a fortnight there a few weeks back?

Am still a Hero at 910 activity... maybe next fortnight...  Undecided
I'm in the line as well. Not sure when we'll ultimately break in. Cry

If my theory is correct, you've posted about half as many posts as myself, so you should be after me and I feel I will become legendary around the end of November (22nd/23rd perhaps).

Your posts dwindling from Sep 2015 to June 2016 to around one or two posts per fortnight may help you over the line.

LOL.. No... Wrong... It's set in stone when you register, or have you not been reading? Tongue

And finally I turned into a Legendary member as well. It took some effort, but it paid off eventually. Only, right now there is no looking forward to rank upgrades anymore. Embarrassed

Too bad you cut out of your own quote of your own words the section I had highlighted to answer your question, instead making it seem as though you "had already answered the question" when in fact, no, you hadn't.
Are you dense or just trying to put me in a bad light?

Your post (the one you so nicely put in huge letters in a previous post) is reporting bots who use PROFILE INFORMATION (E.G the Website, Skype etc boxes found on the profile page) to spam backlinks and such. That is NOT relevant to the point I am trying to make. When I said 'In addition, the livestream spam bots and others are all removed in a timely manor once reported' I was referring to, as I was in every single other post of mine on that topic, the bot's POSTS. The user accounts, profile information, website (everything that you have in the linked thread) is irrelevant to the point I am trying to make.
How's about the question that you ignored, how many of the accounts on your thread have made obvious spam posts that weren't deleted quickly?

Please stop trying to make me look like I'm shady when you seemingly cannot understand basic sentences. The archive is also useless; I won't be editing or removing any of my posts here.
Also, my apologies for going off topic.

Sorry, I didn't see your question - all the ones in red (or orange), so 100,000 UID's in red (or orange) multiplied by the number of posts they have made, so if it were ten posts per UID, then one million spam posts have been made that haven't been removed.

The list is incomplete, there could well be more, I've only been researching this for a couple of days.

To keep this on topic, people buy these accounts to short cut their way to becoming Legendary (in "one day" it takes to purchase said account) to then either cash in on a Signature Campaign or scam in the Currency Exchange section or similar sections "Trade with me - I can be trusted, I'm *Legendary*!"

Yes. How many of the accounts there have made obvious spam posts? From what I can see, the majority of the linked thread is talking about profile information, not posts, which I already addressed.

Just to be clear, I am talking about painfully obvious spam bots and their posts only. I know about the huge amount of shill/bot accounts that use profile information.

Too bad you cut out of your own quote of your own words the section I had highlighted to answer your question, instead making it seem as though you "had already answered the question" when in fact, no, you hadn't.

In fact, I know about their existence, but I've never met posts made by such bots here. And I'm dead sure that I would see these posts. If you doubt that, take into account that I reported a few users who had been copy-pasting my own posts (with minor changes) and as well saw a lot of posts that were close to original paraphrases of Internet articles.
I don't think that all accounts that do that are bots, even if some are. I expect that a fair amount of them are real users trying to spam up their post count by shitting on the forum. The same real users that come to Meta crying when they get banned.

Your post count is substantially less than mine, so I get exposed to the forum in a far greater degree than you...
I read a lot more than I write on the forum, so my post count is definitely not as high as it could be.

I hope this issue has been dealt with properly if it really existed.
I feel the moderators do a very good job in stopping bots from making a mess of the forum, the fact that you didn't know they existed proves that. The vast majority (if not all) bot posts I see are deleted in under a minute

I have seen many of those bots posting those spam links. I usually nuke them. We have a bot that will nuke those posters automatically so they are gone within a few minutes, if not seconds, after posting. Additionally, the links they linked to were legitimate sites that got compromised in some way so I informed those sites and some of them have responded saying that they have taken care of the issue on their end. That probably has contributed to fewer posts of that sort.
