Other thing The is no sense add in list borrower which take loan with collateral (if is bitcointalk account , he can not take second loan until the collateral is properly secured by either himself or an escrow, or if it gave other valid collateral, nothing stops ask other loan )

Heya james.lent, it seems like you guys have basically figured out your issues without any services from me, which is cool, I'm kinda swamped at the moment.
About escrow: it's my opinion that a trusted, neutral, third-party escrow is crucial for protecting yourself when trading with someone on the internet. But can you believe that some people on here have even been caught using themselves as escrow in order to fraudulently collect escrow fees from another party and to farm trust for their alts (ahem)? Hard to believe what some people will stoop to, no?
Anyway, I don't think this thread is about escrow, so let's try to keep things on topic, shall we Quickseller?
Yeah seems like it, as there aren't much interest from the other lenders as well, so we'll see how does this ledger project goes first.

would you guys like to add another column for additional remarks for comments like borrower paid but 3 days late, or borrower extended loan for another 3 days or other good comments like that?
It's possible, but this is only to keep track of active-loans for the most part, how beneficial would it be to know that it has been extended when all you came here to know if there was an open-loan?
If I were to maintain comments, then I might as well keep a log of every loan conclusion as well, but there's no need for that. Maybe I could keep a log of defaulted loans, transferred accounts via collateral or other things of that nature?

Yeah, it is mostly just so that lender's don't get caught off guard by somebody attempting to take out multiple loans shadily. I don't want to make it impossible to search through and thus I'll try to keep it as compact as possible so it actually remains useful. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing
Doesnt matter if the list is long, we can use ctrl + f and type in the name.

I suggest you move Borrower to the first column and sort it from A-Z. That is the information people are looking for.
I was trying to decide how I should sort it and I couldn't decide for myself. Thank you for the suggestion; it's like you could read my mind.
