Some people may prefer to invest in real estate because they value stability, security, and tangible assets. Others may prefer to invest in cryptocurrency because they value innovation, freedom, and high returns.
choosing a little risk or a big profit depends on how one's situation is. sometimes, someone already has a lot of income, and prefers a small risky investment, so they prefer gold, land, property, and others. I think, it's a good investment. it's just that we have a steady and large source of income and have everything we need. Meanwhile, many people prefer big risks, but with bigger profits, that's because they are still in the business development stage. they are willing to take risks to speed up their financial additions so they can develop their other businesses. This is mostly done by young people, or people who are building their business, whereas small risks are sometimes more often taken by people who already have what they need, or those who are nearing the retirement stage.
a high speculative attitude is needed for those who want their lives to develop, so they must be willing to take risks, but taking risks must be done with careful calculation so that we can minimize these big risks. many people who are successful from the start dare to take risks until finally their income is in accordance with the plan and after that they will certainly diversify into other business fields, so that their business will grow until they finally take safe steps to put their money in such as investing in land

It depends on each person wanting to enter the market with large or small capital. Yes. Ambitions For large traders/institutions, they always target take profit at the closing of the book at the end of the year and that is their main goal even though they really understand that the market situation always fluctuates all the time. I think the difference is thin with the real estate business.

As far as I know from the market or from people's thinking they always focused on the profits aspect and as an institutions or traders know it in your  mind that there are investors who invested with those institutions and are waiting for their ROI, people goes for profits.
There is no trader today that won't like to gain profits but wanting less risk.

Yes, you are right there, and that kind of thinking is normal for an investor. As a trader here in the crypto space, we should really know how to earn coins that we choose because it is for our future savings.
And most of the community investors today are doing long-term holdings especially in Bitcoin, and literally speaking if the capital is big the return is also big and if the return is small the return is also small, that's the simple thing to understand.

There will always be differences in investing, which will certainly be adjusted to the capabilities and expertise they have, because everyone will invest with the aim of seeking profit so that it will be adjusted to their abilities. it is very certain that every investment that is indeed made with good intentions can be sure that it will always have a good impact, whether it is in real estate or the latest in crypto, it is equally profitable if it is done with full calculation.
but I myself am more likely to benefit from investing in crypto and must be placed on good coins and there are quite a lot of them available, just analyze them as best I can.

I would try out the less risky steady investment, accumulate profit and reinvest in cryptocurrency like Bitcoin and some in other altcoins that is bigger profit than BTC. Even if I loose my coins while trying out altcoins, I won't feel it much.

That seems like the best approach I would try to do the same. If I had enough money to buy an apartment or house I would do it and rent it out or live in it myself. The rent income we can use for our crypto portfolio or use the money we save in not paying rent anymore. But we need to be careful to not invest too risky our money, because if we lose our coins then we could get in trouble later. There is a big difference between crypto investing and owning real estate, real estate needs maintenance to not break down. A tenant is not going to pay rent if there is a problem with heating, a hole in the roof or other issues. Our crypto portfolio is fine without any maintenance and we just hold it long term. Renovating a house can be very expensive and if we don't have any savings for it we could be forced to sell it. For me it would be best to have a mix of all assets so that we always something to fall back on and be secure against bigger issues like a damaged roof or broken heating.

In some conversations that I have had with some rich people who are old, they most times always say that they invested in real estate and that was how they made some fortune. Young people understand that investing is key and paramount to securing a better future like these Old rich men did then, But the question now is what exactly to invest in for young people. Is it wise to follow in the steps of the old rich men who had investments in Real Estate, or do they completely now invest in cryptocurrency? The answer is sometimes traced to the one that offers the lowest risk and loss of capital.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?

Erm, no, you seem very confused by your asset classes which is usually a recipe for disaster when it comes to "investing". I say investing in quotes because one of the first rules you need to learn is to become familiar with your asset of any kind and be able to assess it properly. Cryptocurrency is not real estate, the clue is in the name of it - it's a currency or possibly even a commodity. Real estate is generally considered to be land or buildings which can come in many forms. Any sensible crypto buyer knows and appreciates it is high risk with the potential for high reward. This is much less apparent with most real estate, which has had a long time to equalize to it's currently traded value and while it may continue to appreciate in value, it will be over a longer time frame.
The thing on here is that, why would need to choose one if you could be having both? Plus we know that real estate investment isnt something that dirt cheap on which you could directly purchase out some property

in a snap. This is why the ones who would really be able to touch up this kind of investment are to those people who do have sufficient financial status on which they could be able to buy without any problem.
We should really be putting up into our minds that having an investment does have that particular risks. Dont know about real estate risk level but we know that this doesnt give out 100% guarantee that
you would be able to succeed on this kind of field but cant really deny that once you do able to buy a property strategically then you do somewhat assure  that making money would be there.

On the time that you do make money? This is the time that you would consider on diversification and this is where you would be including other corners on the time that you do make investment.

It seems that everyone clearly understands that every form of investment has risks, whether long term, medium or short term investment. Back to each individual, if for the short and medium term I myself will invest in cryptocurrency considering the ease of access to technology now allows us all to obtain information easily. But for the long term I would prefer to invest in stocks and property.

But as I mentioned earlier, whatever its form, investment always involves risk and it is not certain that you will get the profit that is in accordance with expectations. Risk management is really needed in this case, meaning that if we are going to invest then learning from experience, discussing with the right people and setting clear goals is a must. I think that is a key success factor in this case, by doing so we can minimize losses and get commensurate profits.

I think it's a rhetorical question, but however the ways to get to have an insured old age have to do with planning + investment + life itself, the fact that you invest in real estate does not guarantee fortune, look at the year 2008, so it all depends, real estate and cryptocurrencies are not the only way to ensure an old age away from economic pressures.

As you yourself mentioned real estate is less risky but not risk free. Why should we invest in real estate if there is risk in real estate? Because investing here can't expect anything good in the future. We should invest in Bitcoin with relatively little risk. Investments whether you make on crypto platforms or anywhere else involve risk. Suppose you start a business where you have to invest some money, if you are not successful in that business you will lose your money ie there is risk here too. But at some point in life we have to take risks to think about success. Since there is risk involved in investing, in my opinion that risk should be taken in Bitcoin.

In long-term investment, of course, prefer to take lower risks than high risks. Because long-term investment certainly has the goal of providing the best returns in the future. In Crypto investment I personally choose Bitcoin for long term investment. As for altcoins that have a high risk, I only dare to trade short and medium term to get into it. Because I'm still hesitant to keep altcoins for the longer term. So just trading it in the short term is quite satisfying and profitable for me. Enter when there will be an Event and sell when the Event is starting. doing this repeatedly is enough to make me full with the benefits of Altcoins.

And for investments that have physical value, I am also interested in investments such as agricultural land and all things Real Estate. But I haven't been able to invest optimally in that zone. because it requires more money to start. And I am currently still trying to raise more money to start investing in Real Estate. because I also feel we really need to have an investment in Real Estate.
But it really depends on your target money I mean , if you want to get more money and if you want to earn more in small span of time then choose to big profit but risky such as futures and gambling, but if you want to have a peaceful life and you dont have any plans to get achieve instantly then choose less risk big reward but it will consume too much of your time in the future.

Getting that point, you need to invest with your time to make sure that the risk is less, while if you are aiming for a quick benefit, taking that big risk and gamble with your luck will allow you to take big profits if by chance the favor turn into your side. It's risky, but the rewards are sweet when you correctly place the timing of your investment.

Depends on how you trust yourself in deciding your position plus the intention that you have in targeting your goals.
I personally am actually quite used to taking high risks every day in day trading. Because I realized that the capital I have is not too big. so I have to continue to take profits with the scalping trading method. which requires serious analysis. Starting from fundamental and sentimental analysis which is then concluded in decision making after going through technical analysis. determining profit targets and stop losses are also included in the plan. and I must obey in the plan that I made. If we are used to it then everything can generate a hefty profit. and I always set aside profits to put in long term investments like bitcoin. and I'm also saving up for later investing in real estate and such.

The point is that both high risk and low risk are all needed in certain situations. because sometimes for us to be able to invest in low-risk assets such as Real Estate, we need to have a lot of money. and if at this time our capital is small then I have to take a high-risk path to continue to increase capital and save some in long-term investments that are still high risk like bitcoin. And if one day we manage to benefit from long-term investment in bitcoin then of course buying some of the profits in Real Estate is the thing that needs to be done. so that we have physical and digital assets at the same time. so we always have a backup plan and emergency fund.

Real estate business today is a very big market that has caught the attention of many investors and there's so much profit in it if you invest in the right direction and with the right estate management company or organisation. The risk involved in the investment of real estate may not be that much compared to cryptocurrency risk of investment but if anyone were to choose from the two, that should depend on how much risk he is ready and able to face in his bid to make money in life.
I'll go with crypto currency investment as it doesn't need a huge amount of capital to start with, unlike real estate where you need to be financially bouyant to get started.

That last statement regarding to crypto investment, yes it's true that you can start with a small amount of investment unlike with real-estate that you need to have a bulk amount of money to acquire properties and you need to wait for some time to start seeing your profits, those are the things that you needed to consider and you need to established when picking the type of investment to take.

It's really hard to decide but once you already familiarize yourself and you are already convinced with your knowledge, you can weight the potentials and you can balance both risk and possible benefits.

I think when we talk about investing we can't separate it from risk because after all it's part of it,
Whatever the investment, there will still be risks and what distinguishes it is the level of risk,
real estate may be said to be low risk but it also requires large capital.
agree with you, all investments can certainly be risky, but the risk all depends on how big the risk can be or not by managing it. but you can be sure that every big investment will have a big risk and vice versa. everything can be made at least by doing the best possible analysis before deciding to invest, because accurate analysis will also reduce risk and still make big profits. I think that investing in various real estate is not all expensive but indeed the risk can be low but instead investing in bitcoin is low risk but expensive for now.
Every investment with the possibility of a large profit certainly has a large risk as well, it's quite worth it, but a large risk can also be minimized with some knowledge that is mastered before making an investment, such as investing in crypto.
But for investment in real estate I think it has almost no risk but the opportunity to take profit is also very small because it takes a long time.

We all have to think about what we will choose before investing, a small risk with a small chance of profit or a big risk with a big chance of profit too, I myself will take a big risk if I have small capital and vice versa if I have big capital.

Investing in real estate is also risky if you invest in planned plots, and the possibility of loss is great. But of all investments, it must be admitted that real estate will be the safest investment, and the return, big or small, depends on the vision and relationship of each investor. And I also agree with everyone, everything is always proportional, big profit comes with big risk, and low return comes with low risk, and the choice is up to each of us. There is no such thing as the best investment, only which is safer and riskier.

Cryptocurrencies are a very risky type of investment because price fluctuations are very high, a decrease or increase in prices can reach 2 digit percent so that we have to understand the risks that can occur, many people get stressed because of losses and sell assets to invest in cryptocurrencies.
That is why here we need insight regarding risk management in investment. I personally would of course choose to invest more in assets that have minimal risk. And only invest small amounts in assets that have big risks such as Crypto, especially Bitcoin. So that our mentality or psychology can remain calm when we see that our crypto investment has decreased in value. Because we only put a few assets there. Real Estate is the most dominating my investment assets. and maybe only about 10% are in crypto. And this is the only amount I can afford to risk.
I agree with you, it is natural to have investment risk. And it can never happen that I will refrain from investing because of this risk. If you are making a short term investment in cryptocurrency. Then I would say you have nothing to worry about here. But you must be strategic when it comes to investing. With high volatility in cryptocurrencies, the higher the risk, the higher the reward

If you don't take risks, then you won't be going anywhere because you aren't grabbing opportunities and just want to stay in your comfort zone. Though there are no problems with that, others and even I want to take risks to earn money or make my life better, like you want. Also, it doesn't mean that if it has risk, then we will be losing now. We should learn first or know how to listen to the risk because no one wants to lose their money. That is why we keep learning and finding strategies for our investment so that it will be successful.
Well, that certainly is a well-crafted platitude. "No risk, no reward," isn't that the saying? Yes, that's a line we've all heard before. Every aspiring entrepreneur's garage literally houses this encouraging poster. It's true that "calculated risks" is a fancy word. Let's just be honest, though. How frequently is the "calculated" component eclipsed by the "risk" part? Your "investment" is lost with only one poor choice

Does this lovely idea of "constant learning and strategizing" accommodate for market collapses, pandemics, and unexpected competitors? Let's face it, the phrase "Survival of the Fittest" doesn't always apply in the competitive world of investing; more frequently, it refers to "Survival of the Luckiest." The best laid schemes of mice and men, as they say, may occasionally go horribly wrong. Therefore, by all means, keep taking chances. But keep in mind that even the most carefully thought-out game of snakes and ladders might result in a fall back to the beginning
