In investing and doing business there must be risks of each, basically risks are inseparable from how much money you spend on investment and business, the greater the capital you risk, the greater the risks you will face.

More precisely, this is talking about opportunities, Real Estate is also good to take advantage of as long as you can place the right portion and it is true that real estate has a much smaller level of risk, but currently the opportunity to make big profits is very small in Real Estate, especially in some areas greatly affect the existence of Real Estate and not all places have the same value for their utilization.

Volatility in bitcoin can sometimes provide a large return on profits and this is where the advantage of bitcoin compared to Real Estate is, the most important thing is that if we make a choice in either of the two we understand the level of readiness to undertake, thus the capabilities and opportunities that we have will bring utilization which is much more useful.

What you say makes a little sense to me because how can poor people make something by taking big risks while they are still poor who really have to think about their own living conditions. I think this is very different from those who already have assets of up to $ 1 billion who easily distribute these assets into several investment models including the investment you suggest. So this is more to two very different conditions and also not all poor people want to invest by taking big risks in this world.

That's your opinion and for sure there are different takes from different people, it's more on what you think is good for your investment, following your argument, taking a big risk with small amount of money might work if you are lucky enough to pick the right coin to invest, though it's a small amount of money for some investors it's already everything.

And also regarding to how you will take your investment if you have a billion dollar asset, being conservative and having a good knowledge base investment might give you decent enough to earn from this venue of investment.

Real estate requires a lot of capital compared to cryptocurrency which is not like that, instead, we can invest in crypto if we can afford it. So if it comes down to practicality, for me it is more practical to invest in cryptocurrency compared to real estate.

Then the chance to make a lot of money in cryptocurrency can be high, and when the opportunity comes to make a lot of money here, crypto can still be a way to invest in real estate, and this is not impossible with crypto as far as I know.

In my opinion, less or high profit depends on the financial conditions we experience, if our condition is still poor then we must dare to take high risks so that if we are lucky then we can be rich because we get big profits from cryptocurrencies, but if we already have assets of at least $ 1 billion then choose Safe investment types, for example gold or land.

I agree with you that crypto currency investments are more suited for young people than the older generation. With real estate it's a bit different because it requires so much capital. When looking at the time frame of real estate deals you would expect more younger people to go for it when we need 20 years to pay back the loans. The issue is that we usually need to invest 20% equity for the bank to give us a loan. Without support from the family it's nearly impossible to get a deal done. That's why it's so much easier to invest in cryptos our small amounts of money, and to accumulate more capital before buying our own apartment or house. Another issue is that investing in real estate usually means that we put most of our money on a single deal. The risk is much higher than when having a well diversified portfolio.

for crypto itself it's a big risk and I think the average person already knows about it,

as the time passes new technologies arises and every new technology is better than the previous one. As old people prefer real estate so that time there was no point about cryptocurrency therefore everyone wants to make investment in real estate but now people take interest in cryptocurrency as it is innovative technology and gives more profit than real estate.

May be a time comes when there will be more useful technology than cryptocurrency so success and choosing path always depends on the timing and thoughts of the people. People always prefer that technology which is more profitable and which is according to the age so we don't know that in future the individuals will still prefer cryptocurrency or will accept new technologies.

If you know how to play well, I mean if you have that knowledge to execute that kind of strategy where you can lesser the risk of your investment but also manageable to earn the max profit, then why not? It's not easy, but it's doable if you will spend more time in enhancing your skills, especially when picking the right asset and the timing when to place your position and when to sell your asset.

the least risk means that the project is clear, the progress feels slow but in fact the progress is definite progress that is always developing and always follows the project path that has been determined from the start. projects like this even though low risk is very difficult to predict because in crypto we see even more than 100 projects every day. because it would be better to really do in-depth research on the project we want to invest in.
