Youtubers and Ico rating site are being paid for their services that is why it's advisable to always do your own research. Most of this ICO are out to extort investors of the money it's just a matter of time before they will exit scam. Anybody new to cryptocurrency should invest only in solid project at least till he can vividly differentiate between scam coin IEO or ICO

Understanding the risks can reduce by fifty percent of losing initial investment from my point of view. Many people jump to the boat which there is no insurance about survival in deep waters. In the end, it is a personal experience.

There are good ICO's out there, but the only problem is that there are also scammed ICO's too. We can't avoid those scammers because of the unregulated system in creating an ICO.
