As a developing country, Singapore is indeed good at welcoming bitcoin, this is characterized by giving bitcoin space to grow well in its country. The bitcoin community in Singapore is certainly more enthusiastic and warmly welcomes this.

This is what a developed country do immediately they will implement any source if it is beneficial to the public. In most of the countries political goons have stopped cryptocurrency and they say in a simple note as it is not secure for payment. But developing countries like Singapore always welcome technology.

It is very expensive to go to Singapore and to live there because the cost of living is also expensive so, it is better to stay at home than to go to Singapore. I can still use my btc here and I can withdraw my own btc here and will be converted to fiat to pay on some stuff or food that I would buy here.
Lol at least developed countries are starting to take into account to bitcoin. Singapore is a developed country, and the cost of living there is very expensive that's a natural thing, but occasionally it's not a problem to go on vacation there Smiley
I myself really waiting for my country to do the same thing, or I hope many third parties or vendors begin to look at bitcoin for the payment method, because it can expand their market right ?

I believe so it will be good if crypto is introduce in the whole world as a real fiat digital currency which can be used in a day to day basis and payments.. This will enhance the popularity of bitcoin and it will increase its price into its massive ATH same goes with other crypto... but there will be also a downside of that because I see that this will make an imbalance in the economy and system of each country because of the bitcoin holders.. Let us say that bitcoin will be a 1M$ in the future so if you have 1000 btc then thats a whooping 1B$ .. that will cause a big imbalance in an economy of a country especially if its a poor country then in result that will cause in money laundering.. Those are just my opinion but I really support BTC to be used as an official fiat for every country ... Because I believe that BTC WILL BE A WORLDWIDE CURRENCY THAT CAN BE USED IN ALL OF THE COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE WHERE YOU DON'T NEED TO BRING MONEY JUST PHONE ! ^_^

dont be greedy
this is like marketing done by some people who are pro with bticoin, by giving access to society easily, it will enable everyone to feel how great blockchain and cryptocurrency technology is
in this way, maybe people can begin to feel the benefits easily and of course when someone is interested in bitcoin as a means of payment, maybe their store starts to be able to adopt bitcoin as a means of payment

I am not surprised about it because I knew that Singapore is one of the countries that legalize the cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin. So, that's mean we can use Bitcoin in Singapore for any kinds of business. I hope it will follow to other countries.
That is great. That is the country where I want to visit. Good to know that bitcoin is accepted there which do not need to change with their currency. It is more convenient to go there without any hassle and bring extra amount with the digital wallet also. It is exciting to go on places that really accepts crypto legally and even here in my country some stores accepts it either.

It's nice to see a country, where the government strongly supports the development of cryptocurrency. In my opinion, this is a step forward taken by the Singapore government. And I believe, in the future there will be more and more countries that make policies like Singapore
Yes, if the development there is good about crypto which is even adopted by the central bank, then I am also sure that many countries will follow these steps, developments which include being able to improve the economy, minimize money laundering etc. If this continues to grow well in countries that have adopted bitcoin, then in the future bitcoin will become more legal throughout the world.

Singapore and Japan are some of the countries that are most friendly towards crypto-currency. That said, I don't think that there are a lot many shops out there which accept Bitcoin or other crypto as a mode of payment.

I saw this article today: https://news.bitcoin.com/singapore-regulatory-framework-cryptocurrency-payment-services/ about paying with cryptocurrencies in Singapore.
The central bank has finalized the new regulatory framework for payment services and they have included cryptocurrencies.
I think this is the future of banking and something that all countries should start doing.
The plus of making this change in the financial system is that there will be less money laundering and terrorism financing risks in the crypto world which is good for normal people that have hope and invest in online coins but bad for the ones that use the online coins for the reasons mentioned before.

What do you think? Is it a good idea to introduce cryptocurrencies in the financial systems of the world's countries?

This is an awesome news to behold. Finally the banijg sector will join the moving Bitcoin and Blockchain Trains to serve customers better and imorove speed of transactions.

I'm glad that cryptoadoption is finally making headway.  Aside BTC,  sometimes I use crypto to pay at restaurants in certain cities around. Hooch let's me make payments with Tapcoin at over 100k partners worldwide and that's the kind of adoption we want to see.

Singapore is a small country but very rich based on its economy, it would be great if they implemented it well and reach its whole country once it happened it would help the bitcoin community to grow much bigger and give more value to Bitcoin.

Cool! I am glad that we can pay for services and goods using cryptocurrency.

I'm going to go to Singapore in March 2019 and I will be happy to test this service.
I think it's a good idea and progress if Singapore is a small country already able to use Bitcoin I salute it and my country is not like Singapore

Not a thing to be shocked on country like singapore anymore, i've seen what that country is capable of i've been there for a month and it feels like home to me the technology is fascinating and living is easy and fun. But for now im not interested on bitcoin payment or by any means because of happening in the market my $200 could be a $1000 worth in the future because of bitcoin price decline.

Of course it is a good idea but I think it still a long run for the crypto currency to dominate every countries currency but in time will come that this will happen.
Even it would take more years but if things happen all around the world, for sure we as early adopters will be the beneficiaries of this chain, our investment will grow really high, we just need real usage and real adoptions coming from different venue of our society, can't wait to see more and more countries that will be added to the list of government who already allowed crypto being used inside their jurisdictions.
