i count queen in 7 and he gets queen in 6?
If I'm correct we get our Queen before white does with his pawn on f4.I still count white first?

White only Queen first if he doesn't take on 57.bxa4, but 57.f7 instead.

Why Kb6 and not Kb5?
bxa4+: The pawn on b3 will check our King if we put him on the b5-square. That will lose us 1 tempo.
