I also looked at Nf6 immediately planning to sacrifice a6 and go after g3. Unfortunately I do not think it quite works because we end up losing both a6 and b4 are whites passed pawns will be hard to stop.

Once we move our knight he plays Nc5.
For the moment i am looking at 47...Kd6 48.Bf5 (threatening Bxd7 and Bxg4) Nf6 49.Nc5 Bf3 50.Nxa6 Nh5 51.Nxb4 Nxg3 52.Bd3, and i am not sure if we are just busted or have reasonable drawing chances thanks to our g3 pawn. Will try to assess this again, later
The alternative 48...Nb8 with the idea of ...Nb8-Nc6xa5 may be the better try. However, I predict that in the next move we have huge, crucial decision. Now ...Kd6 looks like the most natural reply (to prevent him from invading via c5), so I vote for that as well.
