There will be something special for the lucky guy who catch the 5.000° referrer?
That depends on how easy he is to track down - it's not really organised in such a way that I keep track of that in the database, but that's a good idea, if I can pinpoint who it was I'll send something his way
Btw, why for LTC it's so difficult to earn referrer? Few people are using the LTC rotator?
I'm afraid that's exactly the problem. To be honest just checking faucets takes so much time that I'm behind schedule on everything I have planned. I'll be releasing some big updates very soon (hopefully the first will be ready this weekend) which as well as greatly improving usability for you guys, will make it a lot more manageable for me - meaning I'll be spending less time doing admin stuff manually, and more time developing and pushing the LTC and Doge sections.
Is there a maximum of referrer an account can acquire?
Nope, you will continue to pick up new referrals forever. Obviously this works best when there are new people arriving (since every faucet they hit is a new referral potentially using your address) but when no new people are coming in there are still new referrals being generated whenever an existing user hits a new faucet I add.
Some faucet redirect me to ouo.io website, with captcha. But after entering the captcha, I'm redirected to an external AD website.. I just block those faucet, but maybe I suggest you to keep an eye and maybe remove completely.
I saw one of those earlier, the link which takes you to ouo.io is deceptive (there's another link somewhere on the page which allows you to collect)
In the next update I'll be able to flag sites as having popups, being deceptive, having long waits etc, and I'll remove these from rotation by default (while leaving them available for people to browse if they can tolerate that kind of thing)
I get this message on Let's Get Bitcoin faucet:
Suspicious activity detected, access denied.
If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact letsgetcrypto at outlook dot com.
I think that some of my security software block that faucet so that could be it.
Ah, that's me, sorry - people with ranges of IP addresses were cycling through them to claim multiple times, so I implemented a check which disallows more than 2 adjacent IPs. I've looked at the database and yours seems to be a false positive, so I've relaxed the rules a little. Try it again now - if it doesn't work then PM me your IP address and I'll whitelist you.
Also FaucetBTCUnlimited always redirects, I was not able to get anything from there.
Ah, that's one of the ouo.io ones Scaccomatt was talking about - there's a link on the page that just says "Rew" - if you click that it'll allow you to claim.
I've put a hint up for that one now, but what do you guys think, should I just block faucets like that? Or would you prefer them to remain in place with a hint?
As for referrals, in less than two days I have 27 Faucet Referrals, and 4 LetsGetCrypto Referrals, payouts is not something still, but with the growing number of referrals will certainly go for the better
That's great! I look forward to hearing how you're getting on in a week or two
If you've found that malware my address is: 1M8WR9D185FcVCPX2TGGboguhXFowRsreB
It was a faucet called BitCet apparently (someone else tipped me off) but I've sent some satoshis your way for inconveniencing you by blocking you from my own faucet.
Thanks for making it so unique and well functionable compared to others out there ... in terms of referrals since I'm still on the first few days of using it , its still low but its building , very promising , thanks
You're very welcome umair, and thanks for the kind words. Keep an eye out for the update - I'm very keen to see what you guys think of it.
