Dev's is working with this problem too. My friend have wallet with 9k XLC stuck with 0 confirmations.

About ICO, as i know, Mark searching for best way to distribute coins. Some users post wallets, thats generated at forked blockchain, before blockhain rollback(at height 22940). This wallets cant get coins.
I have a transaction 0 confirm over 1 weeks, i tried to sync several times but not resolve, i hope new wallet can resolve this problem

I have been using anonymity 1, I didn't get any problem.
I could get around that ERROR only by send small quantities, like no more than 250 coins per transaction.
