If that blockchain will be fixed solo mining will be no help because pools will be flooded with miners and diff will increase.
Right. But there will tiny timeframe for "take mine".
And poolls will be flooded without solo anyway.
For me blockchain is stable, why wallet must contain solo mining???
Forking every 15 min - is it stable? For you maybe....
And wallet mustn't "contain" solo. It must run deamon for solo mining, if anybody want it.

Its seems like windows wallet don't make rpcport access. Only 18001 opened after its run. No any other new open ports in system.
So, farewell solo-mining. Untill wallet will be fix.
