Too many people are excited about the arrival of libra, but libra seems to be too bound by government rules.
whether or not the libra will die or not will answer, so we wait for the continuation of the altcoin story which is full of twists and turns.

The same thought, in my opinion, Libra coins seem to be too bound by the government as if if Libra coins were launched there would be an institution controlling them, and I think Libra coins would be stable coins if fully bound by the government.

their enemy is the SEC, if LIBRA is recognized by the SEC I think Libra will live,
but if not LIBRA will be useless to come in crypto, 2020 is getting closer we will see it later
The party that feels contradicted with libra is not only coming from the USA but EU too as some countries have declared to ban libra there

Recently, there was a news about libra that called it as a fail project

https://cointelegraph.com/news/facebooks-libra-has-failed-in-current-form-says-swiss-president

Even I'm feeling confuse to understand what's purpose of your second sentence

There was a rapid growth in bitcoin price in last 2-3 months when it was announced Facebook is going to launch its own coin, called libra coin,
Now its already in cold store, due to US and EU agencies interference.

I saw in coin market cap, its only general information about libra coin, but no technical data is available yet.

I remember the hype that came with the news on libracoin, I even learnt that there's still plans to launch the project by next year being 2020, though am sceptical about the project due to the issue with United States government and other regulatory authorities. I do hope that the project is set rolling as soon as possible.

Libra has not yet been traded on an exchange, so no data can be displayed on coinmarketcap. As far as I know Libra will be launched in the middle of next year

I have been closely watching statements given by David Marcus and Mark Zuckerberg during the last few months. The impression I get is that they have put the Libra project on hold. Zuckerberg recently said that Libra would not be listed anywhere in the world, unless they get all the necessary permissions from the US regulators. And at the same time, the Libra team is not doing anything to get these permissions. So if you ask me, they have put the project on the freezer (perhaps permanently).

Zuckerberg is making a big plan. I think Facebook will dominate this market. Bitcoin is the king of this market. What will happen when a new king enters this market. However, if Libra is stable, Bitcoin is still king.
Libra is still far to enter this market. There are many obstacle from internal and external side
from internal, many companies left libra association. from external, against regulation

Libra is stable coin, there is no worry. it wouldnt beat Bitcoin as a king of crypto

I think yesterday's rise and fall in bitcoin prices has nothing to do with Libra coins.
and I think it's too early to judge whether libra coins are dead or alive. because libra coins have not been officially released and still have licensing issues. so we just wait whether this libra coin will be able to enter the crypto exchange and compete with other crypto. only time can answer that.

Libra coin position between live and dead because until first time know to public Libra still not have anything about when coin launching to public and when investor can buy this coin, they don't have valid team and looks not available for making schedule about their coin road map, how long waiting and hope with Libra coin announcement to public become close or launching.

I think that you need to contact with Facebook administrator or contact with those people who are arranging Facebook features for knowing that the libra coin is officially Facebook launched coin or not.
If it is released, they will surely announce it on the official channel. So we don't need to contact them in any way because we will definitely never get their answers. Libra is definitely coming but we don't know the exact time yet, we need to wait for Libra to fix the issues related to the laws of the countries.

I really don't see the point to libra. Everybody knows bitcoin is unique because its a SOV and its permissionless and (somewhat) anonymous.

Libra has none of these features. Its for what? buying stuff online like pants? Why not just use dollars? What advantage does libra give me?

since the rejection of Europe, and also the release of PayPal, MasterCard, and others, I rarely look for information about Libra. however, I was quite excited to know that libra brought so many promising partnerships. However, right now it looks like libra has a few obstacles. I had expected this, and it was rumored that Libra would be launched in 2020, a year that was suitable for making crypto back popular. it's just that I don't think that will be easy.

I read a number of articles and saw from their website that there was a change in the source code from Facebook, which means that development might be delayed, even though it is currently dead, it is unlikely to be alive because I read that the founder of Facebook was out of libra and not want to work together again.

yes, reportedly the Facebook company wants to launch their own coin, on the other hand many public users are enthusiastic about welcoming it. but I heard that they delayed the plan and many big partners quit their projects. and currently I have not heard the latest facebook coin news anymore.

Cryptocurrency didn't pump for Facebook Libra coin launch news. Still Facebook Libra is alive, wait for next news technical data will be available. Facebook Libra coin will be unsupport by some Europe country. Facebook Libra has some negative feedback. Next year we will see real work of Facebook Libra.

Why you can state it is alive or dead? We know that Libra coin isn't launched yet. So, we cannot state it is dead or alive. Of course, we only can get general information about Libra in coinmarketcap because it is officially still not launched yet. Just wait for the beginning of the next year, we may have surprising news about this.

Please don't ever think that Libra coins will similarly have the result same how facebook has its name in the community cause it is totally different.
Libra hasn't attracted investors cause they'll never see good news about their problems. They most likely to feel doubts if this certain coin Libra will take their final launch cause until today, it is still questioned by the regulatory board.
