The catchy sound of slots is what makes it exciting to play, this is just for the sound effects. As for the music, the genre for rap, it's also catchy and makes the moment of gamblers intense.

Do you have already a list of sounds/music you'll use?

Rap music isn't suited for casino games, Electronic music that has beat is well suited for gambling promotions. All though its much better if its use for background while some visual arts and graphics with a few subtitles is played on the screen featuring why people should use this site and what exclusive prizes they offer.

That might depend on gamblers taste and what people like to listen when they play. It's also important what kind of atmosphere you would like to get, how to stimulate people and motivate them. I think that music needs to be catchy but easy going and kind of neutral, something that majority of people might feel positive.

The most satisfying soundstrack in the casino is the sound itself the material they are using like rolling of plastic dice, Shuffling the cards and the entertaining sounds of slot especially when you hit jackpot. Gambling is the only moment which I don't have background music while playing because everything seems silent whenever I'm playing and risking money. The natural sounds of the casino satisfies me already.

Imagine listening the song "killing me softly" while playing and let me know if you didn't feel chills while your betting. It will be scarier to bet.  Grin

Yup! I agree on that. In my opinion, it is so hassle if they will choose a famous recorded song because of copyright issues so I think a more convenient if they just hire a dj or an artist creative with synthsizers and everything. They can add familiar sounds on the beat such as rolling dice, deck shuffle, spinning roulette etc. To make it more catchy and remarkable for the players Smiley.

It's weird that noone proposed this song with the corresponded image of course  Grin

It can be used for example when you entering the dice site and some slogan like "This guy is for your money"  Grin
Or when player trying to dice with less than 40 chance for win.

I am quite old fashioned. My soundtrack when I gamble long sessions is Eye of the Tiger. It is quite a popular karaoke song and maybe does not really fit but when I have to focus and play long bets, inside my heart I can hear the beat of the song.

Seems like many of us are quite old people;p

Silly yes?Wink
Eye of the tiger OST of Rocky movie "Silvester Stallone" lol.

Although I cannot give you music advice, I want to make a small suggestion. As a promotional music, I think it will be a more effective advertisement work if you make a catchy choice. For example, it will not create a copyright problem and if a catchy music is preferred, both the audience will remember your brand and talk about your advertisement and that music when they hear that music elsewhere. There is no effective option that comes to my mind, if it happens, I will update my suggestion by editing my message again.

I have not so far concentrated more on music background while I happen to watch casino marketing promotions. None of the people I think are going to be affected if they hear Sting's shape of my heart played, they will begin to choose your casino because its up to the casino's promotional offers, its features and its games.

You are doing video promotion of a casino so put more half naked women there if possible.

This is a cheap way of doing the promotion of a casino. If the casino is legit, gamblers will come and you do not have to post half naked female in the advertisements.
Best thing it to develop your own music and unique soundtrack for your gambling site.

While Browsing the internet this is what i found https://www.sportsbettingdime.com/guides/articles/best-songs-about-betting/
though i am not sure if those works for your project because the truth?the sentimental sounds what makes me enjoy my gambling games.

But i believe that you will not spend 100$ just to let others make original for you there are many artist that is low profile and will even accept free job just to let people learn about their skills.
Because using OST from other is illegal and would bring Redflag to your company.

Now I am more on soundcloud, there are good long compilations, I mostly listen jazz, or variation of jazz, house, deep and progressive. Why soundcloud? Simply because youtube is killing me with their ads, when in some moment I get shot in the head with some loud add, that have some yelling or some loud add with some music I don't like. So I decided to move to soundclound, music just flows, no stopping, no ads, just a music you like!
I have my favorite compilations of course, and I can listen and gamble all night. Except when I play slots, then I turn off the music and I listen music from slot and how it says BIG WIN, HUGE WIN, AMAZING WIN and sound of coins falling! Smiley

make your own soundtrack is better...
there are copyright money and royalties that you have to spend if you want to use music or songs from major artists, as far as I know, if you don't pay them then you will be sued by their record company. so, making your own soundtrack is much cheaper and safer.

I'm working with an online casino as marketing personnel and we are working on a video introduction to promote the casino on youtube. We have been looking for soundtrack that is related to gambling and casino. Although there are many of it on the list, we don't want to spoil it with lady gaga's poker face. We could either just have an instrumental shape of my heart by sting background or create our own so it won't be blocked in some countries on youtube.

Can you suggest more songs related to gambling but for new generations millennial and up. Any suggestions please.

This is the best soundtrack/playlist so far specially for poker gaming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u78k9NAkMf8

People say that music is useless? No its not yet these things can stimulate out when you do gamble. It depends

on how a person  do treat it.

i've always listen to "time is on my side" when gamble... if it helps you

Yes. Gamblers always think that time is always on their side. Until its too late to turn back the time but sure its a very meaningful song not just for gamblers but also for a revenge story.  I always remember this song when it was a soundtrack of a thrilling movie Fallen of Denzel Washington.

A particular scene that I can't forget when the possessed man was put to death sentence he was singing this song.

When the music played and you have some memories with it, it triggers something like you will reminisce those moments in your life along with that music. like for example when I heard Westlife songs, it brings backs my memories in elementary days. But when we speak about gambling, it doesn't really matter at all because your mind occupied by it, and your ears only wanted to hear the winning sound. that's how deluded a person when playing.

A mix of them all with a good background music does improve the chances of someone going over to their website and registering. Stores have been doing this for a while. Noticed how most clothing stores have different music depending on the kind of clothes you find inside? It's mostly a subconscious thing, but it helps Smiley

I'd just advise to either use a copyrighted trending song (legally, of course, but the price might be quite high) or to hire someone to compose one for you. Assuming that you're looking for new users, I'd go for some hip-hop beat with a nice bass that sounds really pleasant to the ears. But old songs that aren't trending anymore.. nah, that might not attract many.

Everyone has different tastes related to the soundtrack for gambling, I also have a few favorite songs. Hopefully it matches your taste.
The best gambling soundtrack in my opinion includes Ghostface Killah feat Shawn Wigs - Pokerface, Darius Rucker - Wagon Wheel and
Katy Perry - Waking Up in Vegas. Those are some of my favorite soundtrack related to gambling, especially when I play gambling online
while listening to the song makes me even more motivated to win. Hopefully you can feel what I feel, if you are feeling the same means
your taste is the same as mine.
