Looks like the miners can be overclocked some.
Miners happy at 383mhz, each unit is doing over 6GH/s. Smiley

How long did it take you guys to get a reply when you requested shipping? It's been over 24 hours and I've heard nothing.

I got my reply with tracking info within 24 hours.  The email did not come from steamboat, and to be honest looked really spamy. but the title said "... has sent you a package."

maybe check your spam folders.

Nah, nothing. I'll resend, I'm just confused as others seem to have been serviced so fast.

Hey Bomb & Xian01,  Download this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3441543  then copy & paste it into cgminer folder (copy & replace) start cgminer and you should see your K16's. I ran tests in my main rig first before moving them

Worked, Thank you!

The only reply I got was a tracking number, which arrived within about 48 hours of sending the "ship it now" request.

Rev 2 chips are being auctioned.  I suspect SB might have been waiting for these announcements before offering refund options on assembly.  We might hear something now that the options are clearer.

Fuck Avalon. I'll lose every penny I've got in assembly before I'll buy a single Gen2 Avalon chip.

Bitfury gen 1 chips offer better specs. Both $/Gh and Gh/W. I would be much more interested in using my assembly parts towards one of those. There are also working bitfury designs...

Anyone know of a noob friendly guide to getting these miners to work in windows?  Grin

-edit: My issue is that I cannot get cgminer to recognize the K16s are there.  I got them listed in Device Manager ready to go with WinUSB driver.  No errors in Cgminer, its as if the dont exist.
