Yesterday was on 0.7 usd

So that could be risky serious to buy at start if value is based on it instead of ICO.

what if the price of bitcoin increase? it would be higher right? more toward $2, with the halving coming all other alt will see an increase in value, and those that are pumped even better

It seems more times than not, "alts" adjust down against BTC moves up. Not always though e.g. LTC often movies up hard with BTC moves.
So, if BTC breaks out of this triangle and to $1200, I would bet the ICO coins would (mostly) keep parity in USD, not BTC/alt ratio. (in general, there will be exceptions.)
