I use Coinad, Coinzilla, Mellowads, and Cointraffic. I think these are the best. If there is a another bitcoin ad network better than these please let me know.
Bitcoadz , coinzilla , A-ads, Bitmedia I think are some of the popular Bitcoin advertising Network .
Got the reply from cointraffic but the price for advertising has surprised me.. It was almost 6 digit ;/

Just contact the manager in charge directly and see if you can get a reply?
Whenever I got problem with them I will just create a support ticket or contact the manager and they reply within 24 hours.

I learned this the hard way. They did not give me a payout after multiple attempts of contacting support. Nobody should use their services.On the other hand, nice list OP. A bit outdated but it's nice to see multiple networks all running strictly on Bitcoin. What's everyone's experience with coinmedia.co? Do they payout?

Surely the best add network in Bitcoin world. The founder of this service clearly knows the main idea behind Bitcoin. Its freedom, simplicity and anonymity. You do not need to give any information. No verification whatsoever. I have been using it for several years and never had a problem. Pays well and it is always on time. I hope they become a giant in the field. Because they really deserve it. I recommend it to anyone who is either a publisher or promoter.

the paying out ones maybe would be good to declare into good paying and really bad paying which are the most of them

Most ad networks (AdSense!) only use few (and in some countries, complicated) payment methods, but with Bitcoin, for advertisers and publishers it could become much easier to participate. (Maybe regulation is a problem, because volatility isn't that important in an Adsense-like auction model).
Perhaps I will create my own list - but if there's one out there, I'd be grateful for a link
