Does anyone have any reviews or experiences with this debit card?

https:://bitplastic.com/bitcoin-debit-card
The founder doesn't have a great reputation. There are cheaper and better services anyway. Why are you following the specific one?

I did not have anything special with him just to bump on him so I'm curious whether it is legit
I have a cryptopay debit card but I was thinking of taking another one, I signed up for paycent, so we'll see how they'll turn out

I think I'm going to avoid adding any cards supported by ICOs in the OP for the same reason's I think monaco card could very well be a scam. If they're released and made available to the public they'd earn a spot.

Hi everyone,

Looking for 2 types of services/ cards

1. I need a service where I can create more than 20-30 virtual cards without any problems in a sec. (Something like SEB bank offers in online bank, where you can create as much cards as you want 1 or 100 in hour without problem). (Support from Kardiz told me that I can create s much accounts there as i want and on every account can be created 3 cards) But may be someone knows where I can do the same but with 100 cards?

2. Urgent: looking for service, where i can create a virtual card, which can be load up with 3rd parties. I want use a card in online casino and withdraw money to this card. (Also Support from Kardiz told me that I can do that, also anonymous however I can not withdraw money from this card to anywhere) May be cryptopay, but they asked for documents if you want to load up the card from 3rd parties.

Anyone can me help with right service? Better if it is anonym. Would like to create a few virtual cards for casino/paypal and etc. The best service for me is, where I can create 100 virtual cards without verifying documents + can withdraw on them money + can change money back to BTC... as I said Kardiz is good for that, BUT YOU CAN NOT withdraw money from card!!
As I posted in the thread you created, I think that you should be contacting providers to find a sufficient answer, they ought to know better than users. If you find an answer please do let me know. You're looking for a very specific use case but it'd be interesting to see which services can fulfill such requirements.

What do you think about the Monaco card?

Personally, I'd stay away from the ICO. Their marketing goes on an on with buzzwords and unrealistic promises for what is essentially a product that's been widely available for years now. I can't think why ICO founding would be needed for a debit card that could actually get issued by a company with minimal investment. It's sad that the ethereum hype lead to such a project getting millions in funding because other that catchy designs there's nothing innovative to be seen here IMO, and even if there's potential we've still not seen any evidence for it. Also, with a reward system that sound like a ponzi scheme, this might be the most sketchy crypto debit card I've seen.

Card issuer came out ICO i not trusted at all.

The card itself seems like a good idea. I am just not convinced by the crowdsale itself. The rewarding scheme makes people want to buy in fast to get better rewards, which sounds fishy. I do agree that it seems unnecessary to have an ICO for it, since others have already implemented similar ideas without the need for one. They do seem to be going farther than the alternatives in regards to obtaining partners and having better availability for the card. At this point, however, it is all merely speculation.

Does anyone know which companies the following BIN belongs too..

531169

Ideally, one that can create multiple cards without verification.
It's the Gibraltar based bank Wave Crest Holding's Mastercard BIN. You can use bindb.com for such searches. Many bitcoin debit card issuers use the same bank's services for debit card issuance.

Thank you for that.

I have done a BIN check and can't seem to find which companies use it.

I only know that advcash use it, but looking for other companies.
Many companies use the same bank for their debit card service. I don't have a list of them all but it might even be the majority of the debit card services. Uquid too, and some of Coinsbank'horìs cards as well.

It will be better to add a comparison chart of all the Bitcoin-based debit cards in the front page of this thread. I want to know which debit card is the most affordable one for me. I am not a heavy user. Even if I get a debit card, I am going to use it no more than 2-3 times per month, mostly to withdraw fiat cash from the ATMs.
This'd be better off as a project outside of bitcointalk but I don't have much time atm.

Competition is getting wild in the bitcoin debit card field, BitPay's card now supports 131 countries as their service goes international.

http://www.coindesk.com/131-countries-bitpay-goes-international-bitcoin-prepaid-card/

Do you by any chance have a list of those new supported countries? because I can't find anything on the site and the news sites that spoke about this.

Go here and use the country selection menu
https://bitpay.com/card/get-started

Is it correct that only Xapo card is the only card where your USD balance is always the BTC value of your wallet  Huh
Not sure what you mean by that, but if you're asking for services that convert your BTC to FIAT as you charge the card then XAPO isn't the only service that does this. Coinsbank also does this but they can't be the only ones either.
