I've added Mistertango. They are a bank service that offers free SEPA transfers and provides registered users with an IBAN to their name. Their card allows for a FREE EUR withdrawal of up to 200€ each month from any EUR ATM and has free POS purchases. The bank account can also be loaded with BTC. Very interesting service nevertheless.

Here is a coupke of services that seem to be up and coming
https://paybis.com/card/
https://www.tenx.tech/wallet.html

Can't vouch for either of these but st the very least both seem to be having a nice design.

What service is in your opinion the best one to use now that the price is rising  again. Hint: BTC/FIAT rates matter.

It seems like Wirex E-coin have lowered their card limits from 2500 to 2000. This is an especially bad development for a debit card service not that BTC prices are rising. Such a change is set to make use of the service less convenient for uses that are looking to spend through the service.

I've put capitalist.net on the list as it seems like their partnership with livecoin.net is still in place but they're the ones issuing cards. Their offer to cover fees probably isn't in place but interesting service nevertheless.
I have just began to use capitalist.net as new exchanger, cause of my previous one provides operations very slowly. Didn't know that they have fever cards too.

Their cards are VISA or MASTERCARD ? Because when i visit their website they mention and show a Visa card but in the footer i see the logo from mastercard too. Or maybe they have both?

The cards are Visa cards (both physical and virtual I believe). The MasterCard you see on the bottom along with other payment methods:

are simply the payment methods they accept to withdraw/deposit/transfer funds from/to the account.

It's a pretty common restriction for debit card companies in the Bitcoin space to allow only for one card per person. I've heard that this is imposed by MC and Visa too but can't be too sure.

Hi @Bonpay, I've registered too. I was wondering how many cards I can have in total?

Hi @SimmonenY!

Thanks for registration!
Speaking about cards quantity, it all depends on verification status. If it is an unverified user, he/she can order one plastic or virtual prepaid card denominated in USD or EUR.
If it is verified one, he/she can order one plastic and one virtual Bonpay prepaid cards for each currency.

Hi, guys!
I would like to suggest another contender for List of bitcoin cards - Bonpay.
It offers a simple and safe service with reasonable fees. Bonpay is soon to be launched, but you may already register on our web-site and be the first to order a plastic/virtual bitcoin card for free.
More information here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18957499

Interesting service. I will be adding you to the list as an upcoming service soon. Around what time would the launch be expected?

Thank you for adding!
Our team is doing its best to open in one-two months in order to provide a high-quality service.
However, there is already a possibility to leave an email on our site https://bonpay.com and, thus, to get a free bitcoin card as soon as we launch.

Are you asking for CARDS that are issued by a bank outside of Europe? Many of the ones in the list are issued by a Gibraltar bank.

Uquid is proven to be a good service and has nice rates

Coinzy are quite new. No scam accusations that I'm aware of but have high variation from live BTC prices

Coinizy does have some reports of great concern.   I hope I get my money back.

Good to know and thanks for pointing out. It's important to have reports on how services treat their users. I'll have a better look at this thread and will consider re-evaluating coinzy's place in the above list.

What about paycent debit card? Anyone from forum can give us some explanation about service?
I've just added them to the list, but as far as I know the cards are not publicly available to everyone yet. I might contact them to ask for info.
