Isn't using VPN the reason why some accounts were frozen when the casino caught them using multiple accounts to cheat?

Casino may not check out your accounts yet but when you are about to withdraw big amount of winning, I think this is when they will really be looking into the account to determine faults and signs of cheat.
Most of them are and it's a risky part for a gambler since most crypto casinos right now just sticking on the regulation procedures. Some casinos just instantly blocked you or frozen your account but trusted casinos wouldn't do that without a notice.

Most casinos has red alert in regards to these AML schemes and if one account just joining for a while or sooner or later just want to withdraw then that surely creates a red flag to the casino.

I became bored with the games that are not restricted in my country and am tired of playing the same games on few nonrestrictive sites, am aware of some gambling site that allow the use of vpn but am afraid of getting my account ban, as some of those sites have zero regards for users using vpn to access they site.

so am wondering if there are gambling platforms that publicly allow the use of vpn with no hidden penalties?
Lot of gambling sites allows the usage of VPN for the privacy concerns however people shouldn't abuse it from the restricted countries because gambling sites may ask you to complete KYC when you won something big or even then doubt that you are abusing something, so better not to connect from dynamic VPN or even IP connections.

You need to understand something. Even if a casino allows users to use VPNs, that doesn't mean they will be OK that you access their site from a country that is restricted. And that's what you are trying to accomplish. The use of a VPN can help you stay anonymous, but you need to be located in a jurisdiction where the casino is allowed to operate.

Let me me show you what I mean.
Casino X has banned players from the USA. If you are a US player, you are not allowed to use a VPN to trick the site into believing you are from Spain to gamble there. But if you are from Spain and you want to stay anonymous and not reveal your real location, you could use a VPN (if the casino allows it) to access the platform.

Not recommended!

A few casinos that have a good reputation is always prohibited from any "VPN" activity, some unknown could be offering non-KYC or even Anonymous features to their casino! However, there always has some situation while you winning a lot + withdraw a big fund your transaction is gonna get hold and they force you to do "KYC" even the casino completed have anonymous feature, then the traps is coming they say you're from probithed country.

Like what said above it is your way to ask their support if what are the rules and if they are allowing players using VPN but remember most of those site is not reputable or the chance of being scammed are there.
Using VPN will allow players to create multiple account at some point and this is what gambling sites hate so if they allow you to use vpn more or less they are ready for your activities and behavior towards their site? and this is really questionable.,

yeah, I agree with what ralle14 suggested. it's for the best to ask them yourself. there are rarely any gambling sites that allow the use of VPN. some members might suggest that this or that gambling site allows it but it's hard to take someone's word(no offense to those who might suggest a gambling site) especially if money is involved.

It's best to do it yourself since live supports are willing to answer your question right away. You'd rarely see gambling sites allow vpn since it's one way to encourage abuse or multi accounting. Tbh it's hard to recommend a gambling site that allows the use of vpn and at the same time guarantee there wouldn't be any punishments because the experience could be different from one gambler to the other.

You might find some gambling sites here as these threads also covered a similar question about vpn usage.
