What IEO is you can read here: https://www.coinstaker.com/initial-exchange-offering-ieo/; https://www.initialcoinlist.com/what-is-an-initial-exchange-offering-ieo/.

Today many people say that IEO is an “evolution of ICO” and predict a great future for it (see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5119748.0;all).

At the same time I couldn’t find a list of platforms organizing IEO today, so I decided to compile it myself and post it on BTT.

Active platforms:
1. Binance Launchpad (https://launchpad.binance.com/). The first IEO-platform. Next IEO, Celer, starts today.
2. Bittrex (https://international.bittrex.com/). The first and only IEO was cancelled (https://cryptonews.com/news/bittrex-suddenly-cancels-its-first-ieo-3528.htm/).
3. Idax (https://www.idax.pro/#/foundation/index). Next IEO, ZeroBank, starts at 26th March.
4. Exmarkets (https://exmarkets.com/launchpad). More than five active IEO’s.
5. Probit (https://www.probit.com/en-us/ieo). Three active IEO’s.
6. Latoken (https://latoken.com/). A lot of active IEO’s.
7. Coineal (https://www.coineal.com/ieo.html#en_US). Thre active IEO’s.
8. Below you will see the list of platforms, on which MenaPay, one of the projects I’ve translated (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5055912.new#new), is holding it’s IEO. I don’t know anything about these platforms so please reply here if you have anything to share about them. Also I’m not quite sure that these platforms are fully IEO platforms, not just a place for selling tokens:

I think IEO won't guarantee the success of the project. If they success to raised the hardcap funds but doesn't develop
and executing their plan, the coin value won't increasing and investors still can loss.
But thanks for the list, i think many investors here want to participating.

Among those so many exchanges that launch IEO, I would recommend Binance, ProBit and IDAX. For Binance, well no need any more reason, it is the exchange with huge amount of user and big marketcap, so they will choose each project they launch carefully. On the other hand, IDAX and ProBit is not that big but they have done several IEO and it seems have gone well.
Latoken is the worst among them, I have tried to buy some coin through their IEO program, but they keep delaying the distribution.

More exchange sites will be interesting to launch their own ico but that's not a new idea. each exchange site will have the different result compared with another exchange site and it looks like more IEO service will come that's easy money for exchange site

Thanks for the info. Now Binance changing rules. You need to have BNB to participate in their IEO. This is because last time with celar it was a fail that no one could participate because of bugs in the system.

Updated 22.03.2019.
The idea of launching a platform in an exchange to launch a newly developed coin/token sounds really astounding to me as it will give a better trust to the investor making an investment.
ICOs were getting abused as most of the ICOs were turning out to be scams but these IEOs might turn the table around. People will get better options to choose from a variety of projects to invest in.
Further more, people will have the option to choose an exchange which they trust and then invest in a project which the exchange lists, hence creating a relationship based on trust.
If things go well then we can see many people investing in these IEOs soon and this might also bring overall growth of the crypto community.

Bitwings !
This has been the trend in the start of 2019. I already seen it mostly new exchanges now have their own set of crowd funding in which they will sell you coins in exchange for the services they get in their exchange. In addition, the exchange is not just an exchange but also a product of what you invested on.

I did not expect that so many platforms provide these services. Most likely, IOE projects will soon cease to make a big profit, because they will be very much, so you need to have time to make money on it)

All this is a very cool task, but you need to look at what they really provide, what types of guarantees they offer. Because now we can only say one thing. Reputation guys. Your reputation will suffer.

Coinex too had a similar platform and with a couple of ban IEO through it's platform, people stopped investing and it left that feature. Haven't visited the site for long, don't know what's the current status. But I was one of the first to invest and get loss through their IEO.

Binance IEO are usually successful, about three ico organised on binance launchpad are sold out within fee seconds, i don't trust IEO on other exchanges apart from binance IEO other IEO are relatively failure.

Woww.. The list has really extended. With the way exchanges are adopting this IEO, I just hope it doesn't turn sideways later.
