Correct mate. That's how t is, if youre an investor, will you pick tokens coming from an unknown exchange? At least, be play safe and only try those who are listed on prominent and known one. The exchanges you mentiones are all goods and displaying a great deal with the IEO projects. Other'd I dont know. See bitrrex failure when it comes to launchpad. So it is not about famous name but the integrity of the exchange itself made them good choice.

I think if someone invested a little bit into every ico, even the scams dot-dot-dot not recommended, but I think they still would make good money.

I do not know about it much but I would reccomend to see it in the description, bitrexchange is an open source so they tell much about their working structure there

It is true that I also cannot participate in IEO in Binance and Huobi because with the requirements that must be obeyed even though I already hold BNB to participate in Binance, Huobi has a lot of users so that every time IEO has to click quickly to avoid being left behind.

But recently Bittrex has not yet launched IEO because it might want to replace Bittrex International to Bittrex Golobal so IEO is delayed I think so.
