Really giving investment advice to someone is very difficult because the market is full of surprises, anything can happen. But we can mention top tokens for OP and this is considered a safe choice when investing in altcoins. Of course, there are still risks so OP should do their own research rather than trust the above advice completely.

So market needs to be certain before you can invest? No wonder many missed good opportunity last bear market, OP the fact is ask yourself, are we in a bear market? If YES what are you waiting for, buy some using DCA and wait for a possible dip again, I bought some alts and I am up to 50% loss on them, that's another buying opportunity, I am in for long term so I dont care, all you need is make sure you buy the good altcoins out there, Lukso, Gala, Mina, etc .

Maybe you'd better focus on buying bitcoins for now because the bitcoin price is still at $23k-$24k so you have a chance to make a profit. I'm not sure if it's an investment in altcoins because you will be confused about which one to choose with the many choices of altcoins today. Perhaps ETH and BNB are the strongest candidates you can buy right now because they have the potential to increase again. But whatever coin you want to buy, you must analyze it first so you can buy it at a low price.

Why not? whats wrong with alts, the last bull market I profited most from my altcoins than bitcoin, you can only profit huge in btc if you have huge amount of capital since the price of btc is high compare to alts, what I can advice is select the best alts and hold for the next bull market.

Ethereum. That's the best altcoin that you might invest your spare money with.

Good use case? Ethereum has it since it is a smart contract and there are many projects that are being created under Ethereum platform. Large community of supporters? With Ethereum being the top altcoin in terms of market cap, it just shows how much people are investing into it therefore, it has a huge community supporting the project. If you are having a hard time to find an altcoin that you want to invest, just look at the top altcoin at the moment and that is Ethereum.

However, there are still other altcoins out there that has a good use case, a utility token and has a large number of supporters but Ethereum is the one that I will pick.

I'm not sure we'll have the same opinion on the market, as I see the bear market going on and the little rally of the past few days providing some sort of euphoria. It's just a question of how long the investment will take to make people happy, in my opinion. I still hold a certain amount of ETH from when I bought them years ago, so I'm pretty comfortable with market volatility. Going forward, I think some of the information we've been hearing about the volatility is So early research on related projects is also one of the things that I prioritize for the next few cycles.

you are asking for too much mate , because altcoins in these days are really unpredictable as bitcoin is also with the same position and even harder to connect for what is going to climb in the following days.

but like what mostly says? invest in ranking coins such as top 10-20 as those are the safest and more chance to make a profit.

Check first before you start entering the market, altcoins have alternatives for you to take advantage of, because there are so many available in the market, but not all altcoins can provide suitable returns, try to include Ethereum and BNB in your investment list in the future, maybe there will be a match for choice the investment you are looking for, because these two coins have the power to survive and run, that's why I recommend them more than other Altcoins

So many altcoins that have yet not spiked, you can obviously see them on CMC you don't even need advice for this. You can just pick and wait for a good selling price. It's the waiting that is going to make your patience drain though. That one altcoin that has grown double was MATIC, I guess many investors have got a bag of it already.

If waiting is not for you, then just buy BTC because this is the first to have been making pumps.

It's very hard to give you a list of potential altcoin at this moment. The bearish market has been making whole of potential altcoins traded at the bottom price. I think that would be a good decision if you can spread your money to buy various legit altcoins in the top 100 or even more. Right now seems to be riskier especially if you want to gamble on some low market cap coins, I suggest also trying to do it on smart contract platforms on which most of the project is deployed, like Ethereum or Solana, it is very good altcoins that needed from your bags.
And my suggestion about prominent altcoins are coins that got already product, and I can suggest to you try DeFi altcoins especially those have decentralized exchanges.

You shall go to the top 200 CMC. There are so many coins and tokens worthy to invest in the top 200 CMC. These coins have very good utilities. They are having product that already developed as well. Some projects may be dumped to the bottom. It gives you another opportunity to buy at the bottom.
