There are many IEO projects on different platforms. IEOs became much popular these days. I believe ZOPTAX is also a good IEO which had been launched on the EXmarkets. Some tokens dumped after the IEO. But I hope it will not happen to this. let's see
The last time I participated in kucoin IEO for Multivac token sales I ended loosing 300usd to ksc dump because I couldn't buy. My next try will be Harmony one on Binance. I sincerely hope that I can get in
If you are unable to participate in IEO projects, the loss of money will happen to you because holding exchange tokens is really risky because after the IEO project ends, token will have a huge discount in market and cause huge loss for everyone. I think joining IEO Harmony will be better because BNB will usually be very stable after the IEO project ends and you don't need to worry much about holding BNB.
Since the introduction of IEO which I can say its gradually replacing ICO a lot of new projects has hit success which make almost all the crypto exchanges and new projects believed it the new system of ICO. Idax, Okex, Bibox Binance, Houbi, Kucoin,...have had IEO with a lots profit in first IEO. I believed currently IEO is on going in the exchanges below Bitforex, Sistemkoin, Coineal, Exmarket, and Latoken.
Binance, Houbi, Kucoin, Idax, Okex, Bibox,...have had IEO with a lots profit in first IEO. But the price of HT, KCS dump deeply after that. Kucoin will list Trias today with lottery ticket.
There are other exchanges that have also adopted the latest trend in the crypto world. Apart from exchanges like binance and Kucoin, IEOs are taking place in exchanges like bitforex, Idax, sistemkoin, coineal, Exmarket, and Latoken.

This is no doubt very important to understand that investing in any IEO will not give you benefits. The best IEOs have prospects of imparting value to your invested money. The tokens you hodl gain value with the passage of time if they were sold by the best exchange. You should study about the IEO conducted on Binance Launchpad and you would come to know how profitable they have been so far. 
As you know IEO concept is growing and other exchanges also staring IEO for investors, you can buy tokens in IEO from bittrex,idax,probit and some others that are providing IEO .
in my opinion besides binance and coins, latoken, exmarket, bw, bitforex is also the best in my opinion, it's just that for the exmarket, I'm confused because I took part in the project which held a bounty from the launchpad.

The good project will have to come day after day. So I do not see anything so frustrating. But in the case of auction, a good quality exchange Binance.

There are so many IEO happened in different exchanges and I think that almost top and popular exchanges conduct their own IEO and built hype on the community. The most exchanges that gives higher ROI than other IEOs are Huobi, binance, Okex, Bitmax, Gate, and Kucoin. 
Like two weeks ago I would swear that Huobi IEOs are your best bet when it comes to flipping/short term investing. But lately they have been shitting on their reputation with their absurd greediness. They have ruined ThunderCore (or at least helped to ruin) with their ridiculous IEO prices, now they are trying to do the same with Reserve Protocol (IEO prices are much lower than the private sale prices). Not surprising there have been massive staff layouts there, such a shame.
Well, I do see some IEO that is happening right now and like every 12 hours in yobit. I don't know if that's legit because I only see it in post of other forum members. Lately I saw bittrex doing IEO and I guess they are legit because I used bittrex for a long time. I suggest you should try their IEO.

Idax, bitforex, huobi and bittrex are many more exchanges are offering IEO but few exchanges stand out amongst all in term of IEO success binance, kucoin,huobi and bittrex ico are usually successful.

Iso trends are actually still new and currently the only IEOs that are popular in large exchanges such as binance and huobi are also in doubt and are at great risk. that is in my opinion. for the name name you can check on google in both of these exchanges, most of them they did great success

I don't really see any reason why you would be looking for so much exchange carrying out IEO, are you trying to take statistics or are you creating a website that will list all of this information, if so then knowing the exchanges is just one thing but doing a thorough research about them is another, in order not to mislead investors in going to the wrong exchange that is out for their money and not their security, you can also check out latoken and bittrex, they both carry out IEO on their platforms and I think they are trusted too.
My purpose is to ask question is to find best IEO happens in this year but it turn out to be a IEO providing website details .May be my question interpretation was wrong

Why not bittrex? It's also one of the big and favorite exchange, however, in term of profit, only IEO frok Binance was the best since other gave less profit.
As far as I know, Binance is much better at this. Yes, other big exchanges work for it, but it will not last long. The market is now recovering and we will see good projects again.
There are many beautiful IEOs coming out in the year 2018 and more so in the current year because of this there is a prominent project and they released their IEO to give other investors the opportunity to get their tokens and to invest in their project. They are known for their robotics machine products, so if they buy their token you can buy them at times.
