Hello there, I have a problem as well with my 2fa auth in my account. I added many tickets, sent many emails, Facebook messages many time, but no reply at all, just I got auto reply email massage that they will contact me soon... but nothing at all
So now I am stuck with my coins and I couldn't withdraw any.. anybody can help me with any update about (cryptobroker.io) exchange or even some contact or some procedure I have to do in order to withdraw my coins?

Deposited ~700USD eth 7 days ago to trade for BTCz.
Not showing on the front end.
No reply from support yet.
Have a feeling it will be lost forever judging on this thread.

Trading stopped since 24.11, no response from support. This seems to be a pure scam, what a shame

Thank you. I never got any response to my facebook, twitter, email or phone calls. But I did get my funds, approx $2000 USD in BTCZ sent to me after one week. I am happy its over. Again I never accused them of being shady but if they want to run an exchange they need to be quick.

Withdrawal was made successful yesterday.
Mine is still stuck in Processing state since 2017-11-25. No way to get my coins from there, no response from support. Total silence.

I don't know if the site is SCAM but cryptobroker.io seems to be abandoned. I want to withdraw my zcl coins, but I can't do it 7+ days... Also I tried to deposit some DOGE coins and received nothing...

Did you ever get your withdrawl to come through? Mine is stuck . It says LOCKED. That is it no explanation.

After the message through Facebook output was unblocked and transferred. All is well.
Same for me. No scam-alert from me anymore. But total lack of communication from the Team is really disappointing.This exchange is legit yet some withdrawals have to be pushed manually by support team.
