Since these two websites are operated by a single entity, I believe the question of plagiarism can be put to rest. Okay, I think it wouldn't be odd for both sites to have the same UI, they're owned by the same company, Moon Technologies B.V. Take a look at the footer of both sites. Licenses seem to be registered under the same company name and address.

You don't need to only access with Metamask, If using VPN Huh

You can use all register methods because VPN will avoid the restricted blocked country. But keep in mind, a site with blocked restricted country they are really care with you. If you broke their rules/policy by playing with VPN to avoid a restricted country, In the case you have some problems and they know you are from restricted country.
