Edwardard, somehow you ended up totally obsessed with trust newbie after these two posts.

I am simply needing the loan to level up an account to get a large cash bonus. Can repay in 48 hours.
Btw, which account are you talking about here? Who is providing these huge bonuses to you?

Stake.com

I’m a diamond level player so cash bonuses are a ton.
But then is the amount withdrawable after you get the bonus? Or you have to wager/play first with that?
What if you loose it and later not in a situation to repay the loan back?

But I really regret losing you, this will definitely be a valuable lesson for you. The main caveat is don't trust any newbies when it comes to loans, but things are different when they have collateral.

I support the flag and have also flagged the scammer. Hopefully you recover quickly and this case really teaches you meaningful lesson in the future. Stay wise mate, there are many scammers here.

Sorry for your loss It's a lesson for the future.
I do not think that the user will try to log in again because 26 posts do not mean much, perhaps if you know his personal information you may try with it, and even more negative trust will not change anything because his account is worthless.

often lazy scammers are like that so try to track that address( similar username/posting style)  and I'm sure he has other accounts in the forum and may be participating in one of the campaigns in the forum.

He gave me his stake account's usdt (bsc) deposit address as stated by himself in tg chat. I sent to that address without looking much into it. Is that not a stake's deposit address?
I do not think that is a stake account and also I think that is an account of Binance. The person just made you a joker and waste your time. As I told you (probably on pm or on post) that the person's account was blocked. So, there is no chance that the person will deposit also the person has an active topic on the scam accusation board. Also, another post on the gambling board about his/her account being locked.

You are mixing things up.
OP's stake account is not blocked, I explained that to you before. He was blocked from support (chat support), that's what they do when players insult or annoy the customer support. Why would they block/lock his account for the thing he described in the line error thread, makes no sense.

Also, I just checked my usdt address on stake and it looks the same as his, shows tokens , because I deposited some in the past, but I have 0 usdt in my stake account. So the money went to stake for sure.

What Ed could do is message Stunna (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/stunna-81292) or some other stake rep here and explain him the situation . With the wallet address he can identify the owner of the stake account and just maybe get him some consequences.

We all learned our lesson here
Lol, are you also included in the "we" part? Since you (as a newbie) was also spamming my PM asking for a
non-collateral loan yesterday or just a few days back if I remember correctly. I hope you are different than the scammer but I wont take the risk again.

Also looking at the txid, actually this guy never spends his money.

Sorry for your loss @Edwardard. But you should remember that doing any transaction with newbie account is highly risky. I think you have no chance of getting this money back. We can now only leave negative feedback on that user's account, but it won't hurt that user, because he has nothing to lose. I know this is a very painful experience for you, but this experience will prevent you from making the same mistake again in the future.

Huh.  Is this guy trying to stack sats by loan scamming or something?  That wouldn't be the most bizarre thing I've seen, but it'd still be strange.  Anyway, I supported the flag for whatever good it'll do.

Not sure if it's this thread that keeps catching my attention or what, but it seems like there have been more scam accusation threads being created for loan defaults than usual.  I've got the Lending section ignored, so I don't know what's going on there or how active it's been, but I definitely haven't seen loads of loan scam accusations in the past year or two.

Then again, when bitcoin starts to go up all the scammers start coming out of the woodwork.  Never fails.

@Yolo89 definitely don't care about flag or feedback on his account.

Why would he care that he destroyed the reputation of only one BTT account, when there are probably who knows how many more with which he will try to make a new scam? If things like this happen publicly, I wonder what is happening through private messages and through Telegram, where there are certainly a lot of victims who will not publicly admit that they were naive.

In the end, the OP should be happy that his loan didn't include another 0, because a few hundred $ most people will somehow manage to survive and forget.

I am sorry for your loss OP but why on earth you gave a non-collateral loan to a Newbie account? It makes zero sense and you were basically asking to be scammed and I guess you had to learn the lesson hard way.

User tagged and waiting for Type 3 flag to support. Not that it would help much, but still..

I am sorry for your loss OP but in a certain way you have earned a lesson (that probably could help you to save more money in real life !)

Does he provide complete details of his stake account? You can get his details from Stake since he might undergo KYC due to high VIP level status.
...

LOL of course no Grin !
stake will never provide data of his customers to another one! and moreover since he receive a screenshot we are not even sure he was really using some stake account (he has maybe used screenshot from another account)

This scammer probably lose the money he loan from you on gambling then decided to default the loan and start from scratch. Busting this game real identity through a police request will make his modus stop now if he provide his stake account complete details.

Sorry for your loss but it’s odd for an established members become victim of this kind of newbie lending scheme.

I've been quietly following the updates of that thread the last few days, to be honest you could have started your accusation earlier especially after this reaction posted (sign of not being serious).
Also looking at the txid, actually this guy never spends his money. Just hoping it will move somewhere sometime.

Anyway, sorry for your loss, I support the flag.

F this guy.
I told you from the beginning Sad , but then it was already too late.

At least you didn't give him a second loan, that would have been even worse.

Flag supported (even though it doesn't matter with my level, lol )

@All, Unfortunately, I didn't take any tg screenshots of the chat, but I think now its not even necessary since the proof of loan is already there in the lending board.

Anyway, type 3 flag created: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3100
Please support!
There is no need to show proof of a screenshot. As there is a post from the borrower about the receipt as well as the extension. I have supported the flag. Actually, there was no need to create a flag and this thread but I suggest both of these make awareness to the community those still does not know about this type of scam. Flag supported.

Yeah +1 is an American phone number, but I don't think he's really an American because $220 is small money on there, I speculate it's just a temporary phone number and he live somewhere in third world country.
Could be. I didnt try to contact on this number coz of my own privacy. He very politely convinced me from the start though. I am ashamed of myself that I got fooled by his words.

@shasan, I completely agree with you now and I wont be taking anymore risks with new accounts and untrusted ppl.

The painful lesson we can all learn from this is:

NO COLLATERAL = NO LOAN!
Yes, we again learned that there is no value for the proof of income either that is present income or the income of post. No reputation will have any value here which is out of the forum. We can't rely on any intellectual property. ANd there is no value for any KYC document to a lender.

Finally, you are final that you are not going to receive the repayment of the loan. Actually, we know earlier and are sorry for your loss. There is no way to get repayment of the loan. Please never give any loan to a newbie account, an old account that just woke up, woke but not earned merit after waking up. A long gap eg 6 months and not yet on any campaign and/or not earned merit after the gap, password changed, email changed, while there is an active loan, etc.
Please create a flag flog type 3
