Yeah +1 is an American phone number, but I don't think he's really an American because $220 is small money on there, I speculate it's just a temporary phone number and he live somewhere in third world country.

What happened:: Yolo89 took a 220$ loan from me on 23rd january which he promised to repay within 24hrs. But he simply delayed the process by giving some reasons. And today he just deleted all our telegram chats and blocked me. I gave him a loan even while he was a newbie just based on the VIP diamond 3 stake account screenshots shown by him to me on tg. However, this was my first and last time dealing with such a newbie. Please tag him!
