Waiting for transaction confirmation is indeed an annoying thing, especially if we having paid a higher fee.

Yes indeed! annoying especially if you are really in need of funds that's why you pay for much higher fees.

Quote
I once waited for almost 10 hours to finally get confirmation, after arriving at the wallet the Bitcoin price had dropped.

Additional problem, as volatility kills the fun, but if things went to you favor that's another story.

So I also couldn't immediately cashout, because I had to wait for the Bitcoin price to rise first. But there really isn't much we can do, apart from being patient.

Nothing you can do, if you don't want to lose the amount of your expected value, you needed to wait for the bounce.

That is really annoying to wait that long, and even me, I'd wait 2-3 days before it arrives. That will be okay for me since I know the consequences of paying small fees but it could be very disappointing when you are in a hurry and there is a price that we need to catch, we might miss it for sure.

Anyways, I have once tried to use transaction accelerator, I can't say it really works for all transactions because it also matters on the fees. May you have to try it or have to wait for its confirmation.
Yeah, right, waiting for transaction to be confirm is a hassle especially if you are in a hurry but if you just traded those Bitcoin and set a low fee the consequences is always to wait until it's confirmed there's nothing we can do. I myself suffer this though for a almost a week when Bitcoin suddenly surge up my confirmation time is getting higher and higher and it's really stressful sometimes.

I haven't tried that transaction accelerator yet but if I would maybe that would work because tx fees always matters first.

I tried the accelerator. I am really annoyed because I paid a higher fee to withdrawal from an exchange expecting to get it within an hour.

Still not confirmed and of course the price is down 15% from where I wanted to cash out.

Confirmation time depends on the network situation, currently due to huge price movement and the emotional atmosphere is the market, many people are moving their bitcoins and this will make the network crowded. whenever this happens, you will need to pay more transaction fee to make your transaction get confirmed faster.

And right now he is in the priority of 33588/177699. That's a long way to go. It will change. And also he can use free accelerator - https://bitaccelerate.com/ . Enter his tx id for free. If he can't wait, just add more fee as it is RBF enabled.

3.5 hours isn't too bad. I have not been sending bitcoin lately so I don't know the transaction time but in 2017 It took a week and one took over a week. It worried me but I knew it would eventually go through or reject which is very annoying since you lose your fees. You can't really trade with bitcoins it takes much too slow and costs far too much. Better to use other currencies with next to no fee. Just hodl your bitcoins for now I think.

Well 10k sasoshis in total, aren't few. You should get your transaction confirmed within the next 12 hours, if it's not already. Otherwise, if your wallet supports RBF (replace by fee) you can "double-spend" your transaction with another using higher fee.

Check the gas used. This has sky rocketed and it might be because you have not used the fastest speed (which at the moment is hundreds of $$$). If your transaction hasn't yet been cancelled you can try to speed it up. Good luck.
For what "gas" are you referring to? This is Bitcoin, not ethereum.

It's still unconfirmed. What wallet do you use?

Some wallets will rebroadcast the transactions till it confirms so it never gets dropped.
True, some wallets allows you to do this and increases the fee. I've done that before and very effective for transactions that have been in the waiting time for hours.

If you really want to get your transactions through fast then avoid low fees, when the network is congested any little low fees can lead to long time confirmation time until the network is free then the transaction can be harsh by miners.
You are right about avoiding low transactions but the OP may also pay ridiculous transactions if he doesn't know how to avoid paying a low tx fee base on the mempool status cause the input and output number is also needed to be put into consideration.
With that been said, the 0.00010934 BTC paid by the OP is still good currently for the transaction carried out by the Segwit address but I will advise OP to use https://btc.network/estimate for transaction estimate to avoid this kind of issue in the future if https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC%20(default%20mempool),8h look complicated.

That happens because the blockchain network is too dense on bitcoin. If the receive address is correct, you don't have to worry. And if you look at the bitcoin blockchain you are already at the recipient's address but not on the exchange. Try to ask cs, they can help you.

What is the longest I should wait?

On an average 10 min, If several hours have passed without your Bitcoin transaction being confirmed, just wait. If more than 72 hours have gone by without confirmation, resend your transaction.

What wallet are you using? Some wallets will rebroadcast the transactions till it confirms so it never gets dropped.

Are you using 0.00010934BTC/KB or is that the total fee paid? If it's per KB, then it could be confirmed within a reasonable period of time.

Here is the transaction https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/4ee160ca1bb5a2cd05fcfe6477c14e8c66a240cac7b7c2c968ad0dd6b5f384c4
Your transaction was broadcasted with good fee rate and it will be confirmed today or tomorrow. Bitcoin was fallen a lot yesterday and there will be less panic on the market next few days and cheaper fees will be available. Your transactions at at top of the mempool and won't be stucked for a long time.

If you want to check mempool, go with https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC%20(default%20mempool),8h

One bitcoin block will take 1 MB (virtual byte) from the tip of mempool (in the third chart). Your fee rate (77 sat/vbyte) is about 8 to 9 blocks from the tip of mempool as of writing.

It has RBF enabled. If you want it to be confirmed faster, you can increase the fees by executing a RBF transaction to replace it with another transaction with a higher fee.

Your transaction is roughly 10vMB below the tip of the mempool with 77satoshis/vbyte. It can be confirmed in a day or two if the transaction volume drops. I would recommend you to wait.

0.00010934 BTC

That's below the current average fee rate right now, though hang tight and some miners might include it already in their blocks knowing that it's not too low of a fee after all. As SquirrelJulietGarden pointed, you can do the options below if the transaction is significant, and you are willing to pay for extra fee in order to bump the priority of your transaction.

You can also use accelerators, though I highly doubt that at this point in time their are useful enough to be considered as an option, but it's worth a try.
