I am still very surprised why you have to mention thekney you have in order for you to get the kind of person that you want. Trading is not something that you must employ someone to work for you so you can make profits from the market. If you don't know how to trade, I would advise you to use your money to do something else that will give you profits without taking this kind of risk that could make you lose all yiur entire profits. I don't really know your intention why you are looking for a good trader that can join you to trade the cryptocurrency market when you know that the risk is why and unavoidable if you choose to trade the market without have basic knowledge about the crypto market.
I'm sure there's someone who is looking for the right person but the problem is we don't know what's right mate and what can we do about it so we do not really know how we can possibly do this type of thing.

Take 100 or 1000 of your Investment fund and go to binance. Have a look around and infest 10 bucks each coin you believe to be successful. You should read up the respective coins beforehand.

With that amount and you being new to the forum, you may attract a lot of scammers. But if you're legitimate, you can start out with your local community from there in Miami, I'm sure that you'll get to find genuine people that will help you do what you wanna do.
But that won't except you from being scammed locally so you got to filter all of those people that might approach you. The other way of doing this is to learn on your own, with that money, I wouldn't entrust it to anyone as if it's going to be easy trusting random people with that amount and tell them to grow that money through trading. With the hardship of life these days, people can do almost anything up to the point of crumpling their reputation as a person whether you knew them or not. Before you find a partner, you better inform yourself and study how to trade first. A few bucks won't hurt that amount from learning lessons and getting mistakes.

Trading is risky and if you trust another person then there is no surety about his work that will he work properly or not because for him there will be no tension of losing money as this portion of money will be used by you for the purpose of trading.

You sound like a scammer sorry to say, my assumption might be wrong but I am talking from experience, you have $100k in your possession and you don't know how to invest, the two statements do not correlate, how many people can boast of having $10k in their savings, not many people, you even went further to state where you live, this is a concern to me. If you are not a scammer just by Bitcoin and hold, Bitcoin has done 2X from the bottom, by now you would have turned your $100k to $200k, Bitcoin is sure, safe, and give guaranteed return if you play long term and not looking for quick profit having said this, I still feel you are a scammer

To be honest, the amount I had was more than this, and I could not learn properly, I lost a lot of money.
I tried to learn, but I am not smart enough to analyze and trade, I also entered groups on Telegram, I lost a lot of trades to. In the end, I gave up, used the traderwagon & bybit bot to copy the trade, and chose the most profitable people, and I also lost. I don’t know, frankly, am I a person who has no luck.
This last option for me is to find an employee who wants to earn money and has a percentage of the profits.

Do you know what you said, I can compare you to a flower that has honey where the bees will come to it because it is their favorite. So for sure I believe what other people who have commented here on the topic you did said that many probably PM you secretly so that you can be their victim if they are exploitative people.
So if what you say is true, you should be triple careful, think carefully before trusting others, especially since you are in this kind of industry where there are many exploitative people.
