No one knows the kind of task they are to do and you are saying "if interested pm me and your price"
Price to do what?
If you need anybody to do something for you, make your task open to the public and everybody interested will participate even with a fixed amount to be paid.
He should list down the task he needed so people could see if they can do the job since having a talk via pm is just a waste of time if the one he is asking is a hard task for average people. We have different skillset so he need to do some job clarification so that people will not confuse to look at it.
