Cant you just use like Wise/Payoneer/PayPal. Or just do an international bank transfer? (I understand this can be risky, but if you trust somebody maybe he can help you)
Or have they block everything, because you can receive bitcoin it must be a way to pay the seller, just try to think outside the box.
Also if you want to buy with sending from a Japanese account everyone in the world can accept it with t.e.x create a Payoneer account.

Due to security and privacy concerns I only want to deal in cash. I can't just send some 4 digit $ amounts to strangers for obvious reasons. These transfers are no reversible and especially paypal, which I stopped using years ago, is a pure scam trap in my eyes.
Also, I can't open a Japanese bank account yet for stated reasons. If I had one I could also just use a Japanese exchange.
