agree, Litecoin does have a pretty good movement so it is suitable for trade and the rest we can put our money on BTC or ETH for long-term investment.
besides Lite coin there are actually some good coins for trading as long as we want to examine them.

I would not invest in LTC because I think that this coin is not very promising at the moment. maybe later

@OP, every user will suggest their favorite coin/token for invest. But you should choose by yourself. My suggestion is look deeply on market, and choose few potential coin/token. Then look more deeply which coin not yet recover. Those coin not yet well recover that coin you should hold. For example RVN is now all time high. If you buy RVN then obviously you will loss your fund. Thats why you need observe market deeply. Don't follow which coin suggested by others. Research yourself, because its your money so this is your risk.

I would say split your deposit into much more parts. Investing only in ETH and BTC can be stable, but you are missing the opportunity of getting profit from the best altcoins that are raising far more quickly than such giants.

Well your decision to get both Ethereum and Bitcoin are good but if you want to do altcoin, then it will be better you do the research yourself finding which altcoin is good, you don't have to rely on anyone. If you find a good altcoin to invest in, be rest assured you will make good profit.

Well, if you aim for a massive profit or ROI, Altcoins have so much better potential rather than Bitcoin / Ethereum. It's like impossible for BTC / ETH to reach 100% profit (x2), while it's so much possible for Altcoins.

Ethereum is one of the best choice in this market situation and also the bitcoin.
You might consider some low low value coins in the market too.

To stay safe, You may invest in top 50 coins from the Coinmarketcap rank! Especially, ETH, ADA, EOS, TRON, IOTA, TEZOS coins are very good for investment at this moment. if we talk about the TOP 10 cryptocurrency at coinmarketcap list,,
i think EOS and Cardano is the best choice after ethereum,,
remember to do your own research before decided to buy

Most on the top lists were good for trading and for long term holding. In specific I too consider eos and cardano good for investing, because everyone can make at least a small investment on the same as the market is quite stabilized and the value is low compared to most other altcoins in the top list of the coinmarketcap. Tron has got low price, but the growth at times looks like a manipulated one from my view.
