You only lose when you sell at a loss. You don't lose when the price drops while you are holding onto it. Prices usually always bounce back. Some prices take longer to bounce back than others, but most of them do bounce back or recover. So don't panic sell when the price drops. Just hold onto it and wait for the price to recover before you sell it.

Haha, there are always going to be losses in here, and more if you are just a newbie who does not even know what he is doing. The best thing that you can do, is just try to stay away from this until you get some knowledge about how to play and make money on the markets.

I am a newbie, I just want to ask how exactly are you losing your money in trading? Can anybody explain how you lose your money in trading? Correct me if I'm wrong I just think that when you buy high but you sell it in low price I think you lose, right? What if you you buy it at a higher price then the price falls on the next days or week will you loss something? What if you'll just hold for it and wait for the price to bounce back? Thanks for your opinions! ☺️

Your thoughts are correct, you already answered your question. Here are some answers that might help you, if you buy high and the next day it falls it not yet considered as a loss until you have hit the sell button. What you can do is wait and hold.

You made a statement asking the question and you yourself answered it with followed statement of yours. Yes we do loose if we buy at high and sell low because thats not the right equation to follow at all. You just need to overcome the fear of selling at lower prices or you should stay very confident about the investing of your coin. Always remember crypto currency is really mean girl, you have to spend lot of time on her and then you can get the reward back. :-)

Yeah that is what I'm explaining. You must await for it to bounce back. If you notice any unusual activity with coin project and if you think that nothing is working up nicely then you should sell coin at the break even point so that you will have no profit no loss.

The point is this is cryptocurrency investments and thanks to price volatility we never really can predict when we will make great profits or massive losses and what we basically have to understand is that, most of the currencies we trade are tokens for projects and so if the project hasnt achieved any significant milestone the price may not be satisfactory and so you may have to wait a little longer and that is where holding comes in. So when you buy keep your ears on the ground to know what happens around the tokens you bought, you could get more buy or sell signals from such news.

Buy and sell when the price dump and pump, this strategy is commonly used for trader now. To avoid possible happen that you lose always you must choose those coins always on the top and when it is dump then that's the right time to buy, as what you've said what if when you buy at the higher price then the following it's going to dip. Well, patience here is a must don't act like panic selling or else you will lost of you're fund. Immediately cut you're lost if ever the coins you invested did not recover.

Not as easy as you think, based on trading is to buy cheap and sell expensive to get profit. But actually speculation and patience also have an important role in terms of trading. Many new traders lose due to lack of experience in speculation and patience.

Yes the main idea is to sell high and buy low, but how can you determine the maximum and minimum price? This is the one that keep on being studied and speculated by the senior traders, and some of the coin only go up once and then keep on dropping until no value, when you trade in crypto the only factor that drives the price is the users, and it's really hard to predict where will the investors go and there are tons of coins to choose to invest

Losses are inevitable in trading--even with a careful research and studying one can only minimize the damage. I myself, being a beginner in trading, paid a hefty sum of money in the name of learning.

the first thing you should do in trading activities is maybe you should choose the right crypto for you to do the trading purpose so that you do not lose. and in principle in trading activity is buy at low and sell at high prices so if you are not exactly in choosing the crypto you buy, of course you will lose. and of course in trading you must have free time so you can more freely in monitoring the movement of crypto market.

You will lose in trading if you trade base on feeling. Trading base on feeling is profitable only when the market is uptrend. You will lose eventually when the market is downtrend. Usually those people trading base on feeling will hold on the coins they if they lose profit in it. Then a time will come they kiss their money goodbye. They will not cut losses unlike to the traders who have a trading system.
If you want to become a trader you have to develop your trading system and never let your emotion affect your trading.

Yes bmate nobody can perfect in the trading job thats why have an risk in the trading my advice to you if that scenario buy coins in the highest price and suddenly dump the price hold it do not sell in the lowest price or wait to bounce back again or sell it into same price but you loss a little amount the transactions fee.

It's only a loss if you sell at a lower price than you bought. If you don't sell and the price bounces back it is obviously no loss.

1. Never chase green candles or buy ATH. Instead try to buy the dip
2. Don't panic sell when there is a small retracement.

You may not loose the money but you will loose the other opportunity because of this mistakes. Trading is hard when you know nothing about it, people just want easy money that they think its easy. Trading is not just buying low selling high its also about timing the market. Keep on learning so you can prevent loosing money and start making money.

Of course every one can experience losing in trading we cannot help but there's really a chance that what you have choses to buy may suddenly drop after an hour or a day but what's traders do to prevent loss is that they choose the best item to buy and trade with such that they saw its possibility of appreciation and has the most promising market standing with that they can wait till the value goes up and then sell their coins for profit

At the beginning of trading, there is a lot of damage.Because many people start trading without knowing well.I had a lot of damage at first. There is more loss due to lack of patience.Research on trading hopefully will be successful in trading.

Its very risky to start trading with zero knowledge because your money will surely loose. If you really want to succeed in your trading journey then you should invest first in knowledge because this can help you to make good money in trading. Start learning through books, blogs, seminar or have a mentor and money will follow.

Everything is paper loss or gain until you execute a sell order or a limit / stop loss has been reached. It is easy in concept but hard to execute because of different factors. If you are not good in trading better but and just hold it in a safe wallet. If it is a good coin, it will eventually gain in value over time.

Yes you described the scenarios where you can lose. If you hold and wait for the price to bounce back that will generally be a good thing to do but do not do it blindly, some coins will never recover. You need to come to terms with the fact that loss is inevitable in trading, you must learn how to manage it so you don't lose too much.
