I can find my funds on the blockchain and also can view previous transactions with my correct seed. I just cant view old my wallets with my funds via trezor after the firmware update
I cant view my old wallets. I can see my transactions from October but nothing else..

What do you define as a 'wallet' ?
If you can access your trezor and view your transaction history inside your trezor, you are accessing your (old) wallet.

If your funds should be on the same account as your old transactions are, it doesn't make sense. It may be a network/sync issue.
Did you check your addresses (those which should have a balance; inside your trezor) on a blockexplorer ? If they have a balance AND are seed as your addresses inside your trezor, it definitely is a network/sync/display issue.

Since you can access a part of your transaction history your seed most probably is correct (except for the case where you have changed it; do you only see old transactions inside your wallet (without a current balance) or is there actually a balance ?)
Do you remember creating a new seed ?

Never created a new seed. I cant view my old wallets. I can see my transactions from October but nothing else..

When I put in seed I access trezor. Its just my wallets with my bitcoin and Eth which arent there any more.

It is still not completely clear what you mean  Undecided

I did understand the following:
  • You entered your seed and are able to access your wallet
  • You can see your old transactions
  • 'Newer' transactions are missing (only BTC and ETH?)

Is this correct?
Do you also have other coins/transactions (besides BTC/ETH) on your trezor which you can see when opening your wallet (either completely or partially) ?

HCP's suggestions seems to be the most promising one. Do you remember whether you have once added 'another account' inside your wallet?

When you say you "can't access them via trezor"... what exactly do you mean? Huh

You can't see things when you goto https://wallet.trezor.io/ or something else? If you mean you don't see your wallets when using wallet.trezor.io, what exactly is occurring? You can successfully connect to your device and see some coins/transactions, but you can't see all your coins/transactions?

You mention that you can't see all your "wallets"... did you mean "accounts"? If so, have you tried clicking "+ Add Account" in the menu on the left?

See if your balance shows up when you use Electrum to manage your Trezor wallet.

Here is a quick tutorial: https://blog.trezor.io/using-trezor-with-electrum-v3-a0b9bcffe26e

As long as you have the correct words/ seed and your transactions/bitcoin are safe but try to check the following

  1. check your receiving addresses using any blockexplorer  ----> https://blockchain.info/address/[paste your address here.]
  2. Verify that the synchronization has been done correctly and fully. "I think this is your problem"
  3. reset your wallet and re-enter your seed. [update your framework]

Hi Tumas,

Do you use windows? If so, perhaps this troubleshooting page can help...https://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-user/troubleshooting.html#windows-os-trezor-wallet-doesn-t-recognize-trezor-after-update-to-firmware-1-4-0-or-higher

Also, try contacting trezor's support center: https://trezor.io/support/

Hope this helps
