That is correct. You can also try using the forgotten password feature.
Although OP, it sounds like you're trying to get back an account you gave for collateral for a loan.

hi everybody i lost my password of my account can any moderator help me? to get the account back?

i can tell the history of password changes with the account today i chnged the pass and i type wrong now i cannot login .. Sad
